Sounds like the FAKE "we have a summons" call by a bottom feeding collector.  IF there was a real case, you would not have  a warning call.  RED FLAG - not giving company information.

Called and left the number and a case number on my grandfather's cell phone.

This company sourced my number from an ex family member from an obituary. They have called repeatedly on her number. Scam.

Spoke to Alex Ramirez and he advised me I was being sued for a unpaid credit card from 2009. Even if it was true , in CA lenders cannot sue you after for years after your last payment. Statute of limitations. Original call came from 1-760-710-0116 that advised me to call 1-844-712-8365 she said the legal papers were not able to be served because I was not at home.

Just got a call on my work phone stating they had some legal papers to deliver and for me to call this number and gave me reference # and # 1-844-712-8365 who is this

Called my daughter's phone yesterday and since I was with her she handed me the phone. They were saying they were calling about a judgment being filed against me for a credit card in 2006. I got freaked out and called back and it was a Nathan Martinez and he said they tried to serve me legal documents for the judgement but no one was home to sign for it. He said I had 24 hours to pay it or make a payment plan to be paid off in 6 months. The company was Lincoln Equities LTD.  SCAM????? They just called again with the number 844-712-8365.

Called looking for my brother I told them not to call me and that what they where doing was harassment. Amber I think her name was did not like it and started getting lippy with me. After I told them I never gave permission for my number to be given to them or any of their affiliates. I told them they do not have permission to contact me ever again in the future or i will file suite for harassment

They called a distant relative.

caller called from 678-323-1467, said they were Document Delivery Services of Hancock County OH and gave 844-712-8365 and a 6 digit ref number.  Said it involved a pending court case.  Oddly it wasn't me they asked for, it was for someone I have not been in touch with for more than 20 years.  Very strange.

This person said that I owed  6,059.00 from 2009 and they say they are going to put judgment against me please advise if this is a liget number Thank You

Judgements are done BY COURT ORDER - you would have had a trial.  .  This caller is making an ILLEGAL threat.  Official notification of debt is a WRITTEN document that is MAILED (post office) giving many details of the debt - NOT a cold call.  Give your state attorney general a call.

Called my husbands phone stating they had a package for me (in a different city) really, that I need to contact them with a reference number before 7 pm.

Some guy asking for my sister...? Saying he had a package for her..? He wouldnt tell me what the package was or what company he was with, but he gave me a reference number and phone number on my voicemail...seemed shady to me...

yesterday a lady called me from #813-472-8744 said i had a civil matter in maricopa county told me to call 844-712-8365 doc # 455200. I have been trying to figure this out, and look it up and couldn't find anything. I blocked my number and called and it answered ligation services I hung up. Called and blocked number that called me and it rang 2x and was silent. I called my mother and she said my uncle as called and told they were trying to reach me regarding a civil matter.  Glad i googled number. Still wondering where they knew my home town was and how they called me from a number where i live now and how they got a uncles number who lives in a different state that i don't even talk too.
