- irene| 1 replyI usually don't answer but I wanted to curse out these lying scammers. "JOHN" with an Indian accent tried to talk to me about a yahoo account (I don't have). I cursed him out and he had the nerve to call back. I kept yelling and he threatened to call the FBI and hung up. Then he had his supervisor Jacob call and I blew a whistle in his ear.

- Melanie replies to ireneSame here! They called 5 times yesterday and accused me of hanging up on them and said I owed $800 for automatic renewal of my service that I signed a contract for. This guys name is Sam Hancock and I asked to speak to his manager after he got huffy with me. This Jacob tried to tell me that they can't help I signed a contract for $800 a year for 8 years and cancellation would mean I have to pay $1000.00 cancellation fee. OR he would offer a $1000 network security service for 5 years and then I could decide then if I wanted to keep using them. I said I would call back after talking to my husband. I gave a specific time I would call back and they called twice within that time! Probably because I disconnected their availability to control my computer from remote. My own stupidity and now I'm afraid they accessed my computer and hacked or put some virus on it. I do have McAfee. Anyone know how to get your computer fixed in case?
- xxxA guy named John with an Indian accent left a message saying they were charging my credit card or checking account $800, as per my contract with this company. He said they were part of Microsoft. This is a scam.

- B JonesI just had the same thing happen to me. There was a voicemail on my phone from someone named Jack with a very broken (Indian?)accent, the message he left said that $800 was charged to my credit card(I checked both of them just to be safe and there aren't any, but if something does show up I know that I'll get an alert to ask if it was a legitimate charge or not) for some (bogus)security for my computer, this guy didn't even claim to be from Microsoft he just said he was 'from computer support for your computer' I obviously didn't fall for it, but it does piss me off.
