If you ignore them, and you should, there is nothing they can do.  It is the Fake Process Server Extortion Scam.  Real process servers will never call you before coming.  They are using fear and intimidation to create a sense of urgency.  There are no documents, there is no lawsuit.  They are thieves, just ignore them.

If you got to that post, you must have read CWG40's post and ignored all the good information in it.

This is a legitimate phone number/business they gave me the name of the person they were looking for. And will be removing me from their list, as they had the wrong number for that person.  They we're professional and courteous.
If you owe for a bill, you should pay it.  You have already received the services you are being billed for. Take accountability, make arrangements to take care of your obligation.  People that do not pay their bills make everyone pay more for services to cover the loss to whichever company it is you are not paying.  You that are screaming scam, just don't want to be accountable for the money you owe.

If you ignore them and don't make payment arrangements.  They can and will garnish your paycheck take money from your checking accounts and or savings accounts. Do you have a bill that went to collections? You can call the business you owe money to and they will direct you to the company that they used for collection proceedings. That way you can be certain that it is the correct entity you are speaking with.

Received a call from this company today, they were professional and courteous. It is legitimate.
They had the wrong number for the individual that  they were attempting to contact.  And will be removing my number.

I just realized it brought me to the wrong site the phone number that called me is 844-359-2564.
It is possible they have more than one extension or many.

They called my sister Tiday they didn't have my number they told my family that i had thirty from the time they hung up to call that a complaint had been filed against me . My sister is a diabetic and in a verbally abusive relationship where her husband is a nut she took the chance calling me to see if I was quite possibly in jail ! I WAS AT WORK! You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

total scam keeps calling me but leaving a message for my mom about signing some documents.

844-720-1029. Stated they had a "document" regarding a complaint and I am on her "schedule of service"....I have no clue what "schedule of service" this person is talking about! SCAM!! They said their name was Renee Scott....didnt state what company they were calling from either so OBVIOUSLY it's a scam!
