I have also received multiple calls from this number with the same threatening messages.  After I blocked them, they started harassing my husband. When he blocked them, then I got a text from my ex-husband, who I divorced over 15 years ago, saying he was getting calls. After that, his 21 year old daughter called me to say "someone is calling me, looking for you because you're being sued over some money you owe or something." I live halfway across the country from them & have almost no contact with either of them. This was humiliating! I have zero lawsuits against me & zero past due debt. There is no telling how many people from my past have been contacted. I'm so angry & embarrassed. These people suck!

Had the same text......MY NAME  this is Carol Snyder from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 866-790-0094. Then I called them back the phone rang and rang and rang then a woman comes out saying mediation please hold.had me on hold for the longest time and then she told me that  I owed a large amount of money and that they were going.to put a lein against my bank account, I told her that is not possible because I took care that during the pandemic and she hung me up about 2 hours  later they called my husband and told him the same thing about me and he started asking questions and the woman hung him up

It was sad and it caught me very off guard! I got the text asking about my sister and she passed away in 2012. Scam or not this was heartbreaking I called them and they played around about connecting me with this Carol Synder person because I was eager to give them a peace of my mind. Because if my sister had any legal matters pending at the time of her death what kind of system could you have that wouldn’t miss collecting on a debt 11 years!!!

I got the same message, no clue what it would be about. I am sure it is a scam.

They contacted me with my mothers name. Literally

My husband and I just got the same thing on both our phones. Spam is getting outta control

I got the same text from carol Snyder saying she is from the mediation department of justice by Ex Husband so they called him. He called and told me I told him it’s a scam and the lady called me State there’s a lawsuit against me which I knew was false because I called the courthouse and there’s nothing against me. These people are a scam. Whatever you do do not answer any texts or phone calls from anybody you don’t know. They need to get a job.

I got the same type letter. I had trouble reaching her office. They claim I owe for a $8500+ for a Chevy but will settle for $3000 today and do you want to pay by Visa or MasterCard. I told her I don't have the car and wasn't paying anything but I will get a lawyer. The next day they called my wife.
