They keep calling harassing my family members but don’t call me WEIRD

This robo call hits my house everyday regarding a different name each time sheesh! I called the number some woman answers ???

Called at the same time two days in a row. Always a local number on caller ID, but the same 844 area code number is requested to call back. Ms. Stienberg strikes again! SCAM! They didn't even have my husband's first name and middle initial correct. They're just phishing for your personal info. Don't answer!

Anyone contacted by the Weinberg Mediation group should  report them:

http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection (Threatening civil proceedings with no intent to follow through, or threatening criminal process in order to collect a civil debt is a  violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.)  The same goes for endless telephone harassment

Also contact your local attorney general

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.  Tell 'em  no scammy debt collector is going to push you around.

You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking).   the only thing they understand.

Same problems as any of the previous posts. Jack Budmill(not clear on the last name) was obnoxious and condescending. He boasted about having 14 phone numbers “attached” to me.  I told him to remove my work number and all of the numbers from there system as I do not consent to them calling and requested any further contact to be via mail. I let him know that they have shared information to 3rd parties and can’t do that. He said that doesn’t have to listen to me and can call all he wants. I have read their BBB information and cannot believe they are continuing to be allowed to operate. PLEASE ... everyone that has been called and harassed by this company go to Classaction.org and FILL OUT A CLAIM FORM!!!! It is free and with enough people showing the need for justice against these sketchy  people I’ll bet an attorney will pick this up in no time. Also contact your state’s Attorney General Office and FTC and file complaints with them as well. Everyone that complains will make a difference. Provide whatever fake name the male or female gave you before starting their rant and use the following information:

Forgot to mention...if your state law allows recording phone calls, DO IT! Guarantee the A**hat that I spoke with never considered there are people who can and do record phone conversations/collect evidence.

call saying they will take me to court my finial warning...won't say for what.  gives 844 number to call back but comes up a Chicago number when they call me and my work!

Got the same recorded message forwarded from a number in Bainbridge Ohio. Someone called several weeks ago left a message for my husband different number saying they were going to deliver a legal required notice to his home and work feb 5th. No one showed up, I think this is all related, don't hear anything for a couple weeks and now its happening again. Screw you.

Yes I got a call from this number like other post neither my wife nor I or our daughter I've done anything wrong and we are not dumb enough to just call back the number to call back today and it's obviously a scam don't call that number back

I received a voicemail yesterday from phone number 347 594-8738, it was a very snotty
rude woman saying she needed me to call her back "immediately". Yesterday was the first
time this number has ever contacted me. Last night the same woman called my 75 year old
dad, and left him a horrible voicemail that I am "avoiding her" and that this will be sent to
their attorney's. Needless to say it made my dad very upset. The number they leave for a call
back is 844 738-7904. In googling this number people have reported many issues of
people harrassing them from this company, and being scammed out of money for debt
repayment on debt they don't even owe!

I just received a call with the exact same message and return phone number today.

Did they actually ever sue you? I’m going through the exact thing right now as well

Nothing happened - this Weinberg group is well known for scamming people who don't even owe money.

Left same message as being reported below. What was my first thought to being FAKE was they used my maiden name; I have been married for 3 years and have changes all my info so IF it were real they would have my correct name! Called me from 510-210-9517 in the message asked me to call 844-738-7904

I got the exact same message for months now they even wished me good luck at the end of message
