It's Charter Spectrum.

Automated call from Charter/Spectrum regarding past due account balance.

Getting 2 -3 calls a day about Spectrum account.  I do not have Cable, and do not have Spectrum!!!

They call constantly, using all different numbers even with different area codes when your payment is due. Their rates are ridiculous and then they think they have the right to harass people on top of that.

Called on a Sunday during church ...  Very disrespectful

It's the a$$hats @ charter spectrum calling to harass you for a payment even if it's already been made.

Literally JUST made a payment to Charter and they call me a minute after the payment has been processed.

It's charter, even though I've only had them for less than 3 weeks and I paid $137 for my first month up front, then got a bill yesterday stating I owed $212 and $87 of it was past due. NOT IMPRESSED.

It makes since that it would be Charter as I am worfully behind (on everything) due to straightening out a hacking incident I went through.  They have a right to call but I wish they would have left a call back with a message as I have been having trouble getting thru to talk with a real person about my situation.

They have the monopoly where I live and it reflects in their pricing! Highway robbery! Then they take away the most common channels and in order to continue to get them I had to upgrade my package. I'm about to just get rid of their cable services and just use WiFi which BTW is 60$ for 60mbps $

Charter Spectrum.  Even after you make a payment arrangement, they will continue to call about the account being past due, and if you answer, they want you to pay right then. (The automated system tells you they will continue to call even if you make an arrangement.)   If you've made an arrangement to pay at a later date, there's no need to answer.  Just honor your payment arrangement.

I've called them & complained that I've made pmt & yet the calls continue. They said it takes a cpl of days for ur # 2 get purged from the comp call list. I've kept up w the calls & they're right, the auto calls stop after about 2.5-3 days. Turn ur default ringer to silent ringtone & give ur contacts an audible ringtone. This way, u KNOW who is calling when u hear a ringtone. If it's an unknown #, it'll show up on ur history & if it's important, they'll leave a msg. I do this, & it's great! I can answer my phone when it's a known #, & screen vm when they DO leave a msg-erase the spam & return any legitimate calls at my convenience!

Charter Communications~ Billing Dept. Courtesy call asking for payment on past due account. I got called as most do by failing to pay my bill, oops, guess I better get that taken care of, totally forgot to pay them last month. Legit caller.

As a past collector, you can sure them and win. That qualifies as harassment and I can guarantee you would win.

"Caleb" is just so wrong with that statement.

Its Charter Spectrum calling me to say I owed money (even tho I paid 2 days early) and that I owe more. I havent even been a customer for a month.  Need to determine if they are the only game in town, cuz if not, Im finding another ISP. Really poor experience with this company.
