Charter Spectrum. I begin getting these calls 2-3 days after I make a payment, before the next is even due

Yup- did the same to me, 6 calls in an hour.... on a sunday. in church.  told them I already paid and the guy started screaming at me

Bill not even 2 weeks late. called 6x in an hour on a Sunday morning starting at 8am and as late as 930 pm.  called while I was in church.  told them payment was already made, still shut me off and made me call and give another payment saying they would stop the other one, they didn't and took 2 payments!!!!!!!!!!!!  terrible company, horrible service, rude reps.   if we had another provider I would use them

I'm late on my payment and today is the first of many phone calls until Friday. LOL
