Left a voicemail saying that since I have not responded someone would be coming to my home address to serve me tomorrow between 11 am and 5 pm and if I avoid being served it would result in an automatic guilty plea.  If I wish to stop from being served to call 844-760-4340.  

I also received the call and thought something about the call was not right so I turn to the internet to confirm. Thank You everyone who responded before me because my intuitions was correct.
Now I'm going to post this recording to Facebook so people can pass this sort of thing around, that it's not real. Remember pass this on so people you know won't get caught.

I received a call from this number stating that same situation this evening from inter coastal do these people seriously have anything better to do with their miserable lives get a life I'm sick of these scammers thanks to this site I know for sure these people are looney tuned lol

Harassing calls at work not stopping called 3x after asking not to. They are a debt collector posing as police fraud investigators report them immediately and do not give them any money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The payment will go thru East Asset and it is a big ole SCAM!!! Especially Bethany Newman AKA Brittany Newman. She changes her name periodically. I have filed a police report but hopefully they will get shut down shortly!!!!!

These people called my boyfriend and told him they where filing charges against me, he pulled me out of work to call them, first they told him they could not give him info do to hippa laws, wow. I called angry and concern and talked to 4 uneducated African Americans, a very rude man insulted me several times and then told me he went to school for 6 years when I quoted the laws in this situation, he also told me my boyfriend lied, in the call they told me I was going to be arrested 6 times for fraud of an institution. I got my boyfriend on a three way call and he asked what this was all about, he was irritated but he went over the bogus claim again, we asked for a super viser who was a woman with little education, she started to yell at at me "you done it, you know you done it" we went round and round for an hour no specific charges. While we did this my boyfriend looked these people up and asked for an address to the company, the rude man then accused me of being a terrorist, we told them to go *&$@ themselves. I was insulted many times by these people and lost an hour of work

Received a call from this number 844 760 4347. Staying if they didnt get a call back that I would end up in court. Never said who they was calling for. That they were intercostal properties

contacted me stating there was a process server looking to give me papers for civil criminal act and that I only had 30 mins to call back with my bank information to pay my debt off and that they would hold my taxes. I told her I needed proof and she said that they have tried to contact me , but she never confirmed my address. It makes me nervous because if I do owe money I'd like to pay it but I would like to know who exactly I'm paying it to and I'm giving my information over the phone.

Harassing....threatening....taking legal action...yelling....serving warrant...etc.
Definitely a scam for money.

These people are a scam. They called me and my brother saying if I didn't pay a debt that they we're going to charge me with a misdemeanor.

these people harassed me and members of my family, are they legit? they threatened to have me be picked up and taken to jail, I requested for them to send mecsomething in writing but they refused. They were all menacing,aggresive and rude.

No one here is calling you.  Invest in a call blocker.

No they are not legit.  Any company that won't give you a verifiable address and lies about threatening you with prosecution and so forth and refuses to send you anything in writing cannot be legitimate.  Ignore them and block their calls.  If they call you again, yell at them and talk over them and tell them that you KNOW this is a debt scam and that they are being reported.

If they continue to bother you, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.
