SCAM  claiming to be with The office of miller, davis & Peoples threatening me with a lawsuit of $1000 dollars or more if I dont pay her out on the phone for a supposed magazine subscription from almost 7 years ago. I told her to file it if she had it cause I wasnt giving her a dime. And she was going to be reported to the FBI because I was certain this was a scam. When you call the number back a women answers the phone and says Kathys desk.  Beware people

You did the right thing.  This is a scam.

Don't not call me again

I also received a phone restricted call. I didn't pick it up so they/she left a message saying something about a civil suit. And that I needed to call them back at 8448092969 and that I had been notified.  And they will call me back later on the same day and nothing

I got a call from 844-573-0325 saying the same thing. Idk who that is but they wont be getting a call back from me.

I keep getting calls from Kathy Mitchell. Sometimes I can answer and others I cant. I've moved a ton due to the military, so every date and address she gave me would never match up. I hung up the last time. She called and left a message saying 'oh, it says in the paperwork you were out of town, call and we'll straighten it out'.um no. I wasn't 'out of town'. I straight up MOVED.

I just got the same call and j told her my credit card number was 7645 8256 [***] YOU

Just got a pop up stating that there was suspicious activity on my computer and needed to call 844-809-2969 right away to remove virus from computer.

I also received the same popup on my computer and i called in the same number. they fixed my computer and protected it as well, now its working very fast and very good. they have installed security in my computer. they are the saviour.

some pop up arrived on my computer.. and a lady picked up the call when i ring this number.. n she help me for no money... they are not scam.. they are saviours..
