Left a message saying "state to state" something or another. Reported them for threatening call couple months ago, and now they're saying there's a fraud investigation. Scam all over this one.

They have called my house 3 times in the past 24 hours, they are calling the wrong number, yet refuse to stop.
I have 4 requests to be put on their do not call list, but they keep calling.

So far they have misrepresented themselves as law enforcement 1 time, an investigator one time, and fraud investigation for the other.

One would think if they were any good as investigators, they would call the correct number.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

    Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010  FBI National Press Office
    (202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

So, they called me 3 times again this morning. I told them they have the wrong number and need to stop calling me.  I got into an argument with Olivia Mendiza who told me I have to listen to her...  I told her that she has to listen to me and stop calling, she continued to yell over my yellng, so I hung up.

I called back and spoke to someone else and complained.  She too told me I had to listen to her that she was a fraud investigator, not law enforcement as they claimed on the very first call this week.  I told her I did not care what she was, and if they were investigators, they really sucked because they keep calling the wrong person.

She said that she would issue a warrent and have sombody picked up.  I told her that wasn't my concern. Not sure how she will do that as she isn't law enforcement.

One would think if they were any good as investigators, they would call the correct number.
She said that they would stop calling me, but I needed to lose their number and stop calling them.

Be on the lookout for 844-952-7306. Also keep very good track of any banking or PayPal activities. I talked to these people twice in one week an three days after some hacked into my PayPal and tried to withdraw $1500 from my bank into PayPal lucky I caught it in time. I find it was a huge coincidence that these people asked for $1500 to take care of this problem an when I told them no and they can shove it then next thing I know someone hack into my PayPal.  Be very careful.

I 'm about ready to explode over these calls. It seems they know when my retirement check and SS come in and they start threatening. I've even had them sen me an email that said Arrest Warrant and two emails for court dates but not where. I have talked to States Attorney he said call Sheriff or Police Chief. I called sheriff he said send me those emails but they wouldn't go said they were spam. This is nerve wrecking to a woman 68 years old on retirement/SS. I have never been treated this way and do not want to go to court.
