I received the same call today from the same numbers others listed above.One caller left a message,  same message as some of the post I’ve read above, regarding  seizing Bank accounts & social sec. I never answer unknown numbers that come through my phone. I was at work when this call came through. I later researched this number to fine whatever information I could and was glad the I did, as I came across others who experienced this same call & voicemail left
Absolutely a horrible Scam

They keep calling everyday.  Threatening court action on freezing my bank account.  They never left a name or business name until today.  Today a Angelica called and left a return number of 844-813-1676.  When you call that number it says:  Offices of ACC

The number on my caller ID was 408-601-9770. Call back number was 844-813-1676. Threatening to take me to court and freeze all bank accounts with name and SS number. Thing is they never said a name they were talking about or identified themselves. I know for a fact ALL information dealing with courts and lawyers comes by mail. Lawyers will also makes phone calls but never court orders, those are always hand delivered. I do not owe any outstanding bills. Something needs to be done to stop these phone calls. I get them from time to time and then they stop for months and start back up again.

They said they were ACC Employment Verification Firm and were trying to confirm employment on my retired parent who doesn’t work.   Very suspicious. Ended call with threat that my parent would be reprimanded for providing false information...  very sketchy

Just got a frantic phone call from my elderly mom & dad-in-laws.  Both in their 80's, & so naturally more susceptible to this type of elder con.  They have gotten 3 calls now from this number, threatening them, when there is positively no way they are in violation of anything.  Reassured them that this was a scam - sure wish I could get my physical hands on whomever came up with this type of undeserved mental anguish for anyone, let alone senior citizens.  These scumbags need to be locked up!

Thank you for posting this.  I could not figure out why they kept calling me.  I never had any type of debt problems, and they never said who they were calling for.  But, I am guilty of being elderly.  That explains why they keep calling me.

Left odd message on answering machine regarding some nonsense similar to other posts on this website. Provided a call back number which I usually ignore except that I was in a bad mood today so I called and took it out on them. Incidentally, they I.D.'d differently from other posts here ...

I had the same thing happen to me...a cell phone number than a recorded message about how they are going to freeze my bank accounts and to call this 844 number.

Exact same experience I just had. Not only did they not identify themselves, but didn't even leave the name of the person whom they were trying to reach. I think not!

They called a family member and  left message to call this number 844-813-1676. Said I owned money. Very untrue statement. It is a SCAM

I have been called three days in a row with the same message. Taking my bank account due to debts. Also shows up one number but asks me to call another. Really annoying.

We got a message on my husband's voice mail threatening legal action and freezing our bank accounts. This guy had my husband's info and what kind of truck he drove and my name attached. Said we had a outstanding credit card amount . He said his name was Chad Wilson with ACC . Left this number 844--813-1676 ext 2305 . We have never in 12 yrs of marriage ever had a crefit card just debit card . He said was you arrived before ? My husband said yes . Well could be your ex took a credit card out in your number. My husband hasn't had any credit til he got with me . His credit score wasn't readable until he bought things on credit because he'd never had credit . I kept telling him I thought it was a scam . So we Goole this number and same thing happened to us that happened to some of you guys . These people are scum.
