This company calls and pretend to be from your county government, identifying themselves as such. Then you find out they are a collections company calling themselves Nationwide Arbitrations and telling you are going to court on Monday,,  I got their name, number, because it came in unknown, and hung up.

They called me to saying that i have criminal and civil charges against me.

They said I need to make a payment.  Because of a card from 2007 I don't know if its true?? Anyone els

Call came in as restricted for my stepdaughter.  I didn't answer since it was a restricted call but they left a voicemail saying that they were Nationwide Arbitration and had a case pending (with case # and all) in her county of residence and that she needed to call right away.  She is 5 years old!!!  The joke's on them!

They called me twice for my sister. Said the wrong name in the second phone call, definitely a false company. If they were real, they wouldn't call on an unknown caller id. Very suspicious.

I've been called three times from three different numbers and it is the same people. They even pretended to be the court house. Just a debt collection company trying to Annan you out of a payment you probably don't owe. I know the debt they claim I owe is false but check the statute of limitations on debt owed in your state. If the statute has expired, you owe them nothing! Don't let them scare you!

Just got this call from ( No Caller ID) thats a red flag!! Number is 844-818-2313 thats a third different number I received. His name is Steve from National Arbitrations left a firm message with last four digits of my ss# and a case number but I Im suppose to go to court on thursday 5/15/14... This is scary!!! A month ago he wanted $1,700. F*** that;-)

This number called my brother and claimed he was going to jail for 18 years for fraud for a loan he paid of a few years ago. They wanted him to send them about $7,000. He is borderline [***] so that's all the information I got from him. He did say he thought it had, "arbitrator" or "arbitration" in the company name but he couldn't exactly remember. Scared the hell out of him. These people need to pay a price for doing this, not just to my brother but everyone.

They have been calling me for about 6 months now threatening me . They said they are sending someone to my place of employment . I think they must have gotten lost or have a terrible GPS. There should be a way to stop these stupid people . Anyone have any ideas?

These people started calling me today. Same as the rest of the complaints on this page. Didn't answer the phone because it showed No Caller ID. Left no name, but, I have a legal matter that needs to be addressed. He gave me 72 hours heads up before the papers are filed here in the local courts. Why don't they notify these stupid claims by US Postal Service so that it would be in writing from Nationwide Arbitrations, their mailing address and phone number. This is BOLOGNA............ When is enough...enough?

I have recd calls from these fools  at this number- they violate collection laws all over the place.  They told me I have multiple complaints against mle (what kind of complaints I've no idea)  they threaten jail and court filings.  So I called them back.  Jerk was rude as hell so I just interrupted and told him "This is how this is going to go down"  He starts screaming at me, telling me I wasn't going to tell him how "it was going to go down"  Ignoring him I just kept talking.  I told him I had his phone number - I have turned said number over to the Federal Trade Commission, my State Attorney General and if he did not stop bothering me, HE would have multiple complaints against him and his illicit cohorts.  Nuff said - all done - no more calls.  Just a little FYI

If I don't return their calls they're go to my residents or work to get me, I don't know is real are not. Just got a call from this number from Joseph Goldberg from "Global Service" regarding a loan for $350.00 that I supposedly got in July 2011. Except I didn't take a loan out in July 2011. The worst part is, he called my mom (I'm in my 40s) first and had her call me to tell me to give them a call. While I was talking to her, they called my cell phone and left a message that there were two charges against me and that I needed to respond today or the case would go to trial. Well, after talking with them and telling them that:
  a) I didn't take out a loan;
  b) I hadn't ever heard of the supposed company nor had I ever received a call from the company or any paperwork regarding a past-due account;
  c) that if I truly owed the money, Global Services needed to send me, in writing, all information regarding said supposed loan;
  d) that if they ever called my mother again, I would sue their company; and
  e) that I knew no loan had every been deposited in my bank account account as I had referenced all of my bank statements from 2011 through 2015 to make sure that I hadn't missed anything,
I called the Attorney General's office in South Dakota, who assured me that it was a scam, and that while this company seems to have a LOT of very personal information, it's truly a scam, but that it would probably go on for some time. So, I've sent pre-contact apology notes to friends and family just in case, and will continue to deal with it. Either way, it's entirely frustrating and while I hope it's over, I have a feeling that it's not.

I am receiving call from a Joseph Goldberg who is looking for a David Crandel, Joseph Goldberg leaves a message that says David Crandel  you have been notified and repeats this 3 times. Received another call for David Crandel that he had a prescription ready at Krogers. Call the number thinking it was a Krogers but it was a school. These calls are still coming in from this 884-818-2313.

That same number called me as well saying I a for a payday loan back in 2012,for450.00.it's not try true and then he said he has to cases against me he had my last four of my ss#,I told him if this is true which it's not then mail me the information then I hung up.18448182313..watch out for this number scam..

I got this same call...  And to top that off they called my mom and left a message there that they had a complaint against me.  Now my mom is all worried.  How would they connect the phone numbers and relationship is what scares me.  All this crap needs to stop.  It is very stressful even when you know you haven't done anything wrong.

Message as follows and they kept changing the first name:

Hi my name is Toni Childs and I am contacting you regarding a urgent matter.
I have an order for 2 serious charges against Lori Galgian, your name has come up as having a direct affiliation with Glory Galgian, if we are unable to reach Mrs. Galgian this office will actively seek her at her place of employment and residence. It is imperative that we speak with Lori Galgian immediately. Please contact me at 844-818-2313 refer to case #120284, Lori Galgian you have officially ben notified.

Did you know phone calls are not an official notification?  It is also illegal to discuss this with a third party.  You/she have been notified that this is a scam!
