I just got a call like this regarding my fiance and we never took a loan out nor ever recieved a bill from ep processing like they say we have did you get taken to court for not paying what they said you owed?

Got the same call as well. Threatened me if I didn't pay I would go to jail or they will show up at my home or place of employment.  Said I had two charges and one was for bad checks and I have never owned a check book. Other is for outstanding loan from 2013 and I wasn't old enough to take out a loan. Males name is MARK ALLEN AKA SHAWN. One if the females is Erica

My mother in law to be was threatened same as you they knew my full name and all my info plus my fiances and they said he got this loan a month before we even started dating and that now we owe 50$ more today than yesterday and the place they say he owes money to he had to have a checking account to get any money from cash advanced loan and he started a bank account a few month after we were dating i have no idea what we should do i already closed this account today because im not having them take money without our promission from our account they new the account number and what bank it was through

Same as all above. Saying I got a loan back in 2007 online. I never had a computer or cell back than to even go online. I told them to send me signed copies. They couldn't do it so I told them I would get ahold of attorney if the calls persisted.

I got the same call and this Shawn guy is a real piece of work, I'll keep it clean since we're on a public site but I wanted to crawl through the phone at this guy.  He has contacted my entire family and harassed them too. I'm furious!

I got a call today stating that I took out a payday loan in 2012 and he was trying to help me before they took it to court. His name was Adam and I never took out such loan. He said it was for 450.00. He knew my routing number,account number,and ss#. He also gave me a case number.

He talked very fast and he said it was for bad check and I stated I don't write check. He just kept talking. He also stated that he spoke to the bank and I didn't have a history of writing bad checks but sometimes people fall on hard times. He then said maybe someone you stayed with our your children might of got that information. I said no that never happened. He just keep on and on. He said it seems like I'm trying to get over on you but I just want to help you resolve this

I got a call from this company saying that i had 2charges against me for a bad check and one for a payday loan from 2012 when i told him i didnt he started yelling saying got damn it listen so i just hung up the phone

I have had THREATENING CALLS ON MY CELL, AND MY WORK!  Now this Emily Cooper says she has 2 federal cases against me!!! and will seak out to arrest me at my residence or place of work!

I have no SUCH thing on my record nor any law suits. Please Help. I do ignore the calls as its a number I am not familiar with !

called my work and left a voicemail for my boss.  not a good thing in my industry.  Is there not an address or anything to serve this people with?  Called back and asked not to call again and they were rude [***] [***].

A person named Joseph Goldberg called me with a very nasty, threatening message.  No specific information.  They then proceeded to call my ex-wife on her cell phone, a number I was never given.  I just moved into a new house last week, and they had that information as well.  Only 2 people have my address.  This is a scam.

I got a call today stating that I took out a payday loan in 2011 and he was trying to help me before they took it to court. They didnt even know how to say  my name and if  i was male of female. Her  name was COURTNEY GREY and I never took out such loan. She said it was for 450.00. She did not know my routing number,account number just the bank i had at the time, but had my ss # and an old address also . i asked her to email me the information they had so i can compare with my records and if i did indeed find such a deposit then i will pay it. She said she would. I was then put on to RONNELL SIMMS who tried to convince me that i would go to jail lol . said the same thing to him but he then said that they dont want me to find proof but to pay this money now or suffer the consequenses. He also gave me a case number. I said my identity was stolen it could have been you who did it and without proof im not agreeing to anything so as soon as i get that email ill respond immediately. He said the only way ill get any information is to make a docusign agreement allowing them to take my money . And if i want proof i have to wait for court to get it. i told them i reported them to the bbb and my lawyer wants to look over their info. He got louder and louder untill i hung up on them .

Same company called me on my work cell saying i took out a payday loan in 2011 i asked hows that when i have only used a prepaid debit card for last 10years or so i also informed hin that i am a former debt collector of 14 yrs and he did not begin the call correctly by identifying its an attempt to collect a debt or anything all legitimate companys have to strict fdcpa guidelines they must follow this was an easy scam to identify he hung up when i started stating laws

Recieves a call saying I took out a payday loan in 2012 and received funds in an account I have never had for a bank I have never heard of.  Very rude people.  Said I have two cases against me and they will garnish my wages.  Scary they had the last four of my SSN.  She would not provide me any proof of any of this.

Received call yesterday from this number..they also called a friend of mine and my sister who lives several hundred miles away..saying I owe money for an unpaid pay day loan from 2012..I was given a case number and told if I did not pay immediately I would be taken to court and face jail time.I told them I never took out a pay day loan in my life! The woman became very rude and threatened me again with court and jail.My friend looked up the company online and found out it is a scam.

I got a call from this number  saying i took out a payday loan back in 2011 and i owed them 1000 and they demanded money from me.. i havent not worked sense 2006.. i kepted losing them on the phone they even called my husband threating to have  me locked up.

calls  all the time does not leave message.. wish they would stop calling my number I will not answer this number..

My sister go this same phone call.  He told her he was going to be arrested and was sending bounty hunters after her.  She doesn't even live in the state they said it was from.  She wasn't even in the state when this so called loan was taken out.  He threatened her and wouldn't give out any more info, but had all her info as well.  She called the police.
