I got a wrong number call from these guys. They were polite and removed my number haven't recieved a call since. But after reading this post i must say. You people are shot. If you didn't have delinquent debt you would not be receiving calls in the first place. Shame on you all. Sad to see what society has come to. Himming and hawing about someone calling you. But you sit on this forum and point the finger at people when you don't understand . i looked pay day loans up and people are getting arreste for this. Especially in TexasQuote:can man bob

I looked up payday loans after reading this article it intrigued me so i did a bit of research . kind of funny how my post with the article link is pending approval but all of this other slanderous garbage is alowwable here . i think its time to see who the real scams are . after reading this and other posts like it . seems more or less like you forum moderators are doing nothing but enabling these people. And putting the metaphorical nail in their coffin for bad choices . i pray one day you people wake up. And do something else other than bash people on an 800 notes forum . you people hop down anyones throat who isnt being totally negative about the situation . rediculous . you people should be sued for half of the things you say on hereQuote:Bobby Bouche

shill - A person engaged in covert advertising. The shill attempts to spread buzz by personally endorsing the product in public forums with the pretense of sincerity, when in fact he is being paid for his services.
In reality this whole website is for shills. It's an open forum for people who don't pay their debts and want to comfort others and sell the idea that it's okay to not pay your bills. What they have to gain is beyond me, maybe the fact that knowing others aren't paying their bills as well comforts their own conscience. Maybe it just goes back to the old adage that "misery
loves company". I don't know. But the truth is everyone on this site is a shill. Think about it.Quote:Shy guy

Hey guy these busters garnished my wages and I work for the state of Maine. I was like many of you who took out loans with no regard of ever paying them back, and complain about it when the debt collectors start calling. One thing is for sure now I don't take out internet loans anymore. I wish i would have listen when they called me the first couple of times. Now im stuck paying a bug ole garnishment plus court and attorney fee smh. THESE GUYS ARE LEGIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Tygerkat replies to Truth TellerHey, thanks for the definition of doxing, I was wondering what it was. The rest of your posts are nonsense, though.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking), the only thing they understand.- Caller: Informational post
- LGThese people have been calling my house for my daughter for months. They finally got a hold of my mother, an elderly grandmother, and scared her to death that my daughter was in big trouble and going to her work to arrest her. when my daughter called the lady back she got indignant and said "I am 64yrs old and will not tolerate being talked to like that from a 23yr old!" When she was advised that it was a scam she retorted "tell your mom what you did was a scam not what I am doing". She ended the conversation by saying "give me an hour and I will have a Marshall out to arrest you at your work" and hung up on my daughter. Really a Marshall? We don't have local Marshall's in our part of CA so bring it on lady.

Did anyone know that it's against NY law to collect on payday loans!, NY has banned payday loans! - Hi replies to BigAThis company is the same one the BBB has tried to file complaints with in Dayton Ohio. This company I believe fully is a scam debt collection agency portraying themselves as lawyers in litigation, nothing they have said checks out, the address on bbb is 6065 hillcroft plaza houston tx but their website states no address and they have changed their name multiple times through voicemail message left , one day it's Rothstein covitz abelman, next day it's cooper fineberg group, next day it was fineburg firm. Representative who portrays himself as a lawyer states he is Jerry Collins, this man harassed you on the phone and threatens you with lawsuit, criminal actions ect to get you to call back and pay he also calls from a spoofed florida number then when you call the office it transfers you to a nice rep stating she is the director of litigation Michelle lewis and eventually you decide to pay through her. This office harrasing you from several spoofed numbers, changes their names on voicemessages and uses threats
