These people called claiming to be Humana.  Don’t peddle bogus garbage that it’s a legit call.

Nothing at that site says that SinfoniaRx has any right to make unsolicited calls claiming to be my insurance company.  Stop trying to claim these spam calls are legitimate

Just wondering why you are making a big deal to someone who clearly posted here over a year ago and will certainly never be back to see your reply post?

It’s a legit company Sinfonia with a business model that seems like a HIPAA violation. Clearly, it’s not in some loophole way. If you want them to stop calling, you do have to say who you are, they already know, you’re just confirming they called the correct person. Still shady & feeling violated.
However, calling me repeatedly at 4:22am (please learn timezones) is wildly unprofessional. Doing it everyday for the last 4 months? Also, what? And like.. don’t. Make a note. “Have called 287 times, she now has a personalised voicemail message telling us to stop calling. Maybe stop calling.” I’m beginning to think there is a prize if someone gets me to answer. Which would be unfortunate as I would forget the person I’m talking to just wanted a job & chose a soul crushing one.

No legitimate business would call at that regardless of time zones.  If they called California then they would have started at 3:22 am or earlier.  They never hear the message since they use computers to dial the number and leave a voice mail.  Oh, and by the way, you don't need to give them your name since they already have it from the caller ID.  Plus even though you tell them to not call they still do not only from an Arizona number but they are now using a Florida number as well.  The commute must be a killer everyday driving to work between Florida and AZ.  :)

They keep calling to discuss medication which  says a wrong name.

SCAM,FRAUD....nuisance. Wish them nothing good. I’ve asked them nicely and not so nicely to stop calling me. I don’t know the person they are trying to locate!  I thought there were laws to stop this but getting on the “do not call list” has not helped. I’ve had a heart attack that most don’t survive and a brain aneurysm and brain surgery that most don’t live through. Now I just want peace but instead my last days are being ruined by these annoying people. I’ve caught myself wishing that my life would have ended with one of these events. What a shame....please GOD HELP ME. THESE PEOPLE ARE EVIL!!!!

They call twice a day, every day for the last month from an Arizona area code. They say they are calling on behalf of my insurance Humana. They want to go over my medication. I should call back 844-866-3735. I just got off the phone with Humana. They are NOT contracted through them. They are a 3rd party company. They said I'm under no obligation to go over my meds with them and to keep ignoring/blocking their calls. They didn't say it was a scam, but how could this be legit? They call at all hours, read from the exact script every time they leave a message. They claim to be calling for Humana, but they aren't...Hello? SCAM!

They call my house phone and my cell phone multiple times a day. This is harassment! If I haven't called them back, I am not interested in talking to a stranger about my medications!!!

Caller leaves message in a professional -sounding voice. Wants to review my medications with me.  Repeat calls. Call back number 844-866-3735.  I have no intention of calling them back.

Same here. They call every day at least two times. They have upped their game now with a second caller who makes it sound like she’s a supervisor and I’m in trouble for not calling back.  Ha!  I’m not calling back. My insurance co confirmed. It’s a scam.
