Lady called and said she was working with Medicare's generation and wanted to go over my medications with me.

This company is a joke. Wasting my time. I have better things to be doing than giving you a list of my medication that you supposedly already have for you to tell me how to take my medications I have taken for years.

These people never give up. Calling several times a day making it sound like they have something great to tell me about my drug benefits. Number now blocked

They want to much information. They are just trying to get my personal information to use it for themselves. Scam it is

They call a hundred times a week. Can’t you just leave an old retired man alone. No I don’t want to give you anything about me. I want to go golfing. Is that to hard to ask in life. Quit calling

What kind of information do they want?

Well then your insurance does not know who they contracted to fulfill their MTM requirement by Medicare. I'd ask for a supervisor, they should know about MTM and who they contracted to do that for them. CMS mandates they offer it once a year if you qualify.

That won't stop them

Had to have my phone company block their numbers. Called my insurance company and even spoke with management who all informed me that this is fraud. They opened a fraud case.

Just made a post at https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-602-384-9905/3#p1520647451677978143 about this number being the callback number. Some type of scam regarding pharmacy reviews.

Called me saying they’re from Medication Management they were working with my insurance company. I never give info over the phone. Called the fraud division of my insurer and they said in no uncertain terms, This is a SCAM!  A couple of responses here said they’re legit. Not so. They are a fraudulent company trying to get as much personal info as they can.

OK, so I called this number because they have been leaving messages for months (literally everyday of the work week). The 602 number is in Arizona. The recording said that this is the Medication Management Center. I talked to a live person and he said he was in Florida. So why calling from an Arizona area code? He knew my name and somehow knew what insurance company I had. The name isn't that shocking since it would have come up on Caller ID. The insurance company is. Then he said the company name is Sinfonia Rx. OK, what happened to Medication Management Center? I have to call my insurance company now to find out what is going on.  Will post what I learn later.

Wanted name, address, dob, med information.  I hung up.

Called representing themselves via caller ID as Aetna. They are not and not associated with my health insurance.

These people call every day all day. They say they are my insurance company. I called the number on the back of my insurance card and was informed that it is a scam that is going around and not to give any or my information out. Glad I didn’t. They are targeting us older people.

Calls have originated from both the 562 (CA) and 602 (AZ) area codes. The 562 # has been consistent so at least they are not spoofing. The number they want me to call back is 844-866-3735 is also consistent across both area codes.
A quick google search of the phone number points directly to SinfoníaRx.com's as their patient contact #.
Make no mistake these are unsolicited cold sales calls. They offer their own pharmacy/medication management solutions. They obviously make their money providing their these services billing Medicare or the like directly. Like Rx Direct does. Only Rx Direct uses commercials and not cold calling! It may have started as an AZ State University program, but it is now a business.

I have no less than 10 VM messages from them in the past two weeks on my cell #.
Some say they are with Medicare some say they are with my Medicare Part D provider. So they can't even keep that story straight before even speaking with me. They were flagged as possible spam from AT&T call protect so I immediately blocked the number in dialer which sends them directly to my VM. The few times I had my phone screen the incoming calls, which states they are being recorded, they immediately hang up!

Not just older people. In general it seems to be anyone with medicare coverage. In my case it's due to being permanently disabled.
