I got this too. Saying I have a judgement against my social and I haven't been Russell since 1996!! Called back but no answer. Put on hold, music then total silence.

I got the same think but I can't understand what the name is.

Got a call from a "Deonnie Dorsey" sounding concerned.  She left me a voicemail, saying she wanted to make sure I was completely aware of a "situation" involving paperwork that she just received that had my name on it.  She said she needed to "take my statement."  Caller ID showed a number within my local area code.  But she left a callback number of 844-867-0869.

I keep getting these call from different numbers and ask me to call 8448670869 but when I call back a recording comes on and tells me to hold why my call is being transferred.  I hold for a few minutes and nothing. The message they leave is that they have papers on their desk that they need to serve me and that I need to set up a payment plan to resolve the issue.

Just got a call from this place,  lady days her name is Diane Wiley... says I owe a payday loan. I got her information which I'm sure is fake and told her I would be  forwarding it to my attorney..... waiting to see if I hear back from her. ... She says she is in South Carolina but call from a number in my area... This is call back number she gave 844-867-0869.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

I got the same information about a payday loan from 2010 from Quick Cash.  Name Diane Wiley, Prelegal D2 Management.  The number the showed on my phone was 215-253-3886, but the number she provided was 844-867-0869.  I took her information and said I would call her back. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got a call from a nails Moore idk to believe this or not being that I payed this before going out that I was a victim of fraud

I received a call from a 510-606-9394 with a voicemessge from Ms. Orr to call her at 844-867-0869 by 3 p.m. this evening.  Reading all these posts this is the 4th set of bogus/spam calls I've gotten from 510- phone numbers that turn out to be scammers.  Fed Up with this B##sh**!!

but they're NOT who they say they are, they have ZERO documentation, they can't sue or prosecute as they're 100% criminals who have simply stolen your information. the police route removes your name from the scam as they scurry like rats when law enforcement phones them back

This is a 3rd Party Pay Day Loan Debt Collector that will use a phising method or magic jack to call you from a local number in your area. Very rude and will insist that you have 48 hours to return the call. I ignored & blocked them.

Received a call (caller ID said 202-568-6917).  The voicemail message was marked "URGENT."  The voicemail message went something along the lines of, 'This is Bridgette called for xx xx and I have paperwork here with your name on it and you need to call me back immediately! Call 844-867-0869.  You need to call 844-867-0869 NOW!'

Not my name.  Not sure what her deal is/was.

Received a call from Bridget at D2 Management company.  Number on caller ID was 602-388-1866. However she wanted my husband to call her back at 844-867-0869. She said she needed a "statement" from him today. Based on this site, appears to be a scam to me.

This is truly a scam, someone named Ms. Lopez called and told me to call back at 844-867-2869, but the phone id said
973-943-4310 - she claimed to be calling from Pre-legal.  Even though she says her name is Ms. Lopez she sounds exactly like the same women who called named She said she had important papers that were going to be filed against my social security number and she called me by a very old last name I haven't used since I was divorced 12years ago.  
What I notice is when they call and can't reach anyone they stop for awhile and then they start back up again. And if you notice either they don't leave any messages or if they do they leave the phone number of 844-867-0869.
And they always want you to call them back by 2pm or 3pm depends on who is leaving the message.

I keep getting calls from these people that I don't know and they won't tell me why they are calling.  They keep asking to talk to my son but he doesn't know who they are and they won't give me all their information.  My son says that he has never given these people my number or any of my information.  I want them to stop harrassing me and my family.

CALLED FROM A FORT WORTH TEXAS NUMBER, BUT ASKED ME TO CALL BACKK THE 844 NUMBER. IM REPORTING. SHE DIDNT HANG UP AND I COULD HEAR OTHER VOICES IN BACK GROUND.
