Yes it is a scam! I received a blocked number call, I demanded the name of the company and their name and phone number.
I hung up and called back, it was the same person answering as a receptionist. I asked to speak with a supervisor who took the call and didn't identify himself, asked for name and SS# which I refused and told him I was recording the call. He hung up.  I did a look up online and found this post. Yes, it's a scam, if you receive these calls, record the call and post for others to see what these scammers do for a living. PATHETIC LOSERS!!!!

It's a scam, after a call back from an office, I think they won't be calling again. They blocked the numbers we called back.
SCAMMERS  report it on this page for others to know the number (844) 867-1408 is a SCAM.  They claim they were calling from Sine Gold & Associates - We've received calls a few years back who ended the voice mail with  "God Bless".  What professional company leaves a message like that??  I went to the police station and was told the number was a reported scam number and to look it up on line. We did and it was a SCAMMER'S NUMBER.

This was a scam. Joseph Veccio, was the name of the man who called me claiming he is a lawyer and said I was being sued with criminal charges, also that someone was on there way to my house to serve me papers.

“This is Casey Logan this is my final attempt to notify you of the multiple criminal charges being filed against you my office has been retained as _⁠_⁠_ filing attorney on this case and we need a statement in your defense on file no later than 5 PM today I can be reached in _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ department at 844-867-1408 one calling in your case docket number is 236155 failure to respond will result in the immediate draft of the court summons to be issued in dispatch to your home residence your place an appointment and you will be obligated to appear immediately _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ and good luck…”

That's what I received.thats a translation from my voicemail. It's BS. Scam

I got the same call from the same number scam

They're nice? HA! They tried to bully me into making a payment on a loan I NEVER had!! I was given 2 different addresses and when I asked a question their "lead litigator" got angry and hung up. I highly doubt he was an attorney. They are scammers and it actually sounds like you might work for them. They sound like a bunch of thugs.

Exact same voicemail I received. You're right.....it is BS.

They sent me a validation of debt and the title to my debt. Nice try though.

The caller Jerry Hayes said I had criminal charges and needed to file a written statement in my defense by 5pm today or else I would get a court summons.
So i called back only to find out  that they were trying to collect on a debt i already paid. When i stated that, the person on the phone said the people i paid months back were not ligit, i then ask him to give me proof by either taking me to court or send me a written letter, cause i had already paid and had proof. He told me to go and [***] myself and hung up. Definitely a scammer.

I receive calls from this number 2-3 times a day. They keep saying the same thing that they will be delivering papers for my arrest at my home, place of business, or a family relatives. They never say their name and they told me that they know what kind of car I drive by telling me the make and model and even the plate number. Does anyone know how they get this info. Has anyone else receive calls from this number if did what did they say. I am getting tired of them calling.

Hasnt  these people been turn in yet. They clearly don't know what their doing.  They keep saying there going to serve papers and they  haven't. This been going on a month.  Get real jobs people instead of scamming people for money.

I got the same message saying criminal charges will be placed on me if I didn't give them a statement by 5pm. I called and the same lady who left me a vm answered the phone then pretended to be someone else! lol She sent me to some man who started yelling and cussing at me! I wish I had recorded the call! Mr. Vecchio and he said Fine, Gold and Associates.

I am getting the same phone call. I got called from this number and this one as well  8447678191. They are calling from two different numbers and saying the same that criminal charges are filed against me. Same recording

Yes, my husband got the same exact voice mail message and was worried until I looked this up for him.  Blocked number. Wonder if this company can be sued for this?

Total scam. Got a call from them saying something about charges to my electric supply account (what?). The number they gave me to call back was some random PA landline. I feel bad for whomever's number that is.

I agree with Smashley, I got a call from Joesph Veccio with Finegold. It was for a payday loan from 5 years prior. He was polite and got it worked down to less than half the original balance. A few days after I paid they sent me a letter that the debt had been taken care of.

If as you say " A few days after I paid they sent me a letter that the debt had been taken care of." then, you should have no problem with providing their address.  It should be on the correspondence.  We will be waiting for your reply.
