Supposed legal courier "Tiffany" calling me to bring me "court appearance" documents on Monday at my home or office.  But told not call back to this incoming number, call instead 855-977-2103. SCAM.  Total BS.

I BEEN RECEIVING CALL'S STATING THEY WERE GOING TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST ME. PLUS TAKE ME TO COURT

I got a call today from 1-844-867-4076 from some "arbitration" dept stating there was a loan I took out in 2012 and havent been paid. I have no outstanding loan and when I asked the guy SEVERAL times to send me proof of the debt he talked around it and then stated I was being rude. I laughed at the guy and told him when he can provide me proof them we could go further and hung up the phone. Get a life you sick, twisted [***]!!!

I got a call today message said "a local merchant has filed a claim against regarding a returned item, this return item has been linked to your name and driver's license. This is your last chance to clear this matter up, please call 1-844-867-4076"

I received the same automated message as above they gave no co name or information. I'm not playing their games or retuning their calls sounds too much like a scam.

Yes, this is a scam...........and BEWARE.........once one phony company gets your phone #, you'll also start getting calls from multiple other ones.  At the moment, I'm receiving calls from about 5 different scam numbers. I have no outstanding debts, or returned items, etc., and I know it.   It's like when they can't collect anything from us on these "fake" debts, the only way they can make any money is to sell our phone # to other scum bags.............make sure you look up any strange phone # on the internet................and prepare to be amazed at how many no good, lazy scam artists there are out there..................they need to get real jobs.............

This number is traced to India. More scammers on the loose...blah, blah, blah

I received the same call mutiple times . They even sent an email to my dad & also left a voicemail on my moms phone . These people are ridiculous !

I got a call from a strange number and left me a message saying a local merchant has filmed a claim assosciated with my drivers license number. Which isn't evern my number. Called them back and she answered hello this is Allison. Then proceeded to tell me I would be served with papers and that my work has been notified to garnish my wages unless I settle now. I think this is a scam. So I said let me be served with papers. And when I asked what company she worked for she said DDS (Debt Solution Services) and when I googled it nothing comes up with this company.

RECEIVED CALL THAT I HAD A RETURNED ITEM FOR A LOCAL MERCHANT. THEY CALLED FROM 844-867-4076...CALLED NUMBER BACK AND LADY NAMED SUSAN THREATENED TO FILE CHARGES FOR A LOAN FROM 2010..TOLD HER NO LOAN AND NEEDED SOMETHING IN WRITING FROM SO CALLED LOAN COMPANY...SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME INFO AND SAID NOTHING WOULD BE SENT UNLESS I GAVE HER MY BANK ACCT INFO AND SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN. SAID I HAD 24 HRS TO GIVE MY PERSONAL INFO...DON'T THINK SO

The last thing you want to do is call back.  They are using 844-867-4076 and calling from 844-745-7023.  Either number, let it go to voice mail.  They will stop within 3-4 days.  At first they are going to serve you, then it's a local merchant, then its court...  Can't do any of those things. All they can do is hassle you if you let them by calling them back.  

Rec'd a lovely call from these "debt collectors" .  Their flagrant unwillingness to give any information about their company, like address and the actual name, getting my DL # wrong, and not willing to MAIL the information out to me, is 100% scammer stuff.  So Do NOT under any circumstances give them any information nor confirm any data with them.  Whenever a collector starts using tactics that include fear and intimidation, and they are not willing to furnish information about their company, nor send you any info about the debt, they are a SCAMMER.  The folks at 844-867-4076 are flagrant scammers.  don't pay them and don't fall for their tactics.  My client has only given me 48 hours to rectify this claim, so I can only email you the information.  I guess the ultimate irony is that they go by the name BSS!  I guess that says it all!

I just got the exact same call about a loan from 2012.  I said I never took a loan out and they said "are you sure, sometimes you might be on the internet and click on a loan site"...such BS!!!  They had some of my relatives names and an email that i've not used since 2008.  The used the name of my county and said documents where going to be sent to the court there and also that they couldn't provide me with details as it's now in arbitration. Evil [***].

This company stays scamming. Stay away!

I just received a voicemail message from them.

It was a payday loan that I took out in December 2012 and never paid back. And I am glad I didn't. The statue of limitations on payday loans is 2 years. Furthermore, I declared bankruptcy in November and added these people.

So I spoke with "Steve" saying that they were in "Arbitration" and that Bankruptcy does not affect them. I yelled  at "Steve". Then he shouted back so I hung up.  He calls me back and continues to shout. I simply said that I am recording this conversation and I will sue you. He hung up. ;-)

I just got the same call exactly the same way. these scam need to stop I've reported several calls to my attorney general office.

My father got a phone call from these twits today.  Some bs about my having returned something and the merchant filing a complaint on my dl #. Allison answered the phone and I had to ask who she was, where she worked.  She said DSS, then said oh is this Ms McGuire, and I responded with yes, and before you get started, I did have an old debt that I had been fighting to get fixed since 2008- the statute of limitations on collection expired before the issue to could be resolved and that they were NOT to contact me anymore or my parents or I would contact the attorney general.  Then she started screeching about the statute could not be up or they wouldnt have called me and when I asked what the debt was for, she hemmed and hawed around but could never find the information. (I never provided a name to her of the creditor).  I told her I was done and was calling the ag.  She said "we will find you!  we have locators!"  I called back and someone picked and then hung up the phone.  I called back again and Allison answered again and I asked what the name of the company stood for (nothing it is just DSS), and then when I kept talking she started in again, told me that all the information would be in the court papers and told ME to stop calling their company.   I exploded and told her I was filing a complaint and she could stick it.  THEN she told me that the conversations were recorded ya know and will be used against me in a court of law.  I told her good luck..you have to state- who you are, who you are with, that the conversation may be recorded and the debt owed.  NONE of that was done.
