The same thing happened when I called the number back he says he's officer Brown. Today they called my dad cell and my brothers cell I'm also under bankruptcy what can i do about this?

I just got the same call TODAY. We investigated him & the number. We're gonna call the PD, BBB, & everyone else we can so get these ASS WHOLES.

James Bronson and May Obrien keep leaving detailed threatening message looking for people not even affiliated with my number. I contact them back to stop calling me on my phone. Wrong number

Received a message from a man stating his name is Staheli Goldstein with GRS and Associates. The man said there was a tax lien against my social security number with a summons to appear in my county courthouse. I am tired of getting these calls like this. They even call my place of employment.

They have been known as Green Line & Associates, GRS, Green Line Recovery Services and now Berkshire Credit Solutions.  Phone numbers (844) 780-6774, (844) 874-2599, and (844) 662-8940.  I too have been receiving the same type of "72 hour" threats for the past month on my cell, at my work and have left messages on another employees voicemail.  When I talked to two people, they stated I owed $1760 to 500 Fast Cash for a loan I took out in March of 2013.  They were going to mark my call as not paying and I would also be served papers at my work.  They sent me an email to electronically sign by a company called Green Line Recovery Services.  Said they had to take my credit card info to secure the first payment but would not charge me until I signed and returned their email....then why would they need my credit card info first??!!
They had a website that was "under construction" so they couldn't give me that.  They couldn't give me an address just that they were in the U.S.
I contacted 500 Fast Cash and was told my 2011 loan was paid in full and I had nothing outstanding.
I contacted "Berkshire Recovery Services" back, told them I would not pay, that 500 Fast Cash has confirmed to me that my 2011 not 2013 loan is paid in full and that 500 Fast Cash handles debt collection in-house and does not farm out to any 3rd parties.  "Berkshire" also threatened me at the end of my call saying they would serve me at my work, I would need two forms of ID and my supervisors signature....which is not true what so ever!  What "Pre-Trial" division do you know that calls people to warn them they will be served??!!  You just get served and have to report to court.  Pre-trial division means that you have been sent a notice to appear in court!!
500 Fast Cash has all of the information I have such as phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
Please make sure if you receive calls like this that you ask that they send you something in writing. Also tell them you will verify the information with the company they say you owe money to.  If they cannot, then there isn't any validity to their phone call, especially if the company they say you owe tells you that nothing is owed.  No matter how much they threaten, which a valid company wouldn't do, tell them you aren't doing anything until you have proof the debt is valid.
