Definitely CRA scam, surprised his/their number still works.

man called said I had info to proceed or my attorney to call back a Greg Williams (states he's an officer with the CRA)

I was called twice today from this number and once yesterday from 1-844-307-4454, i did complain to the police but was told to call anti-fraud canada. They told me to call the police. Isn't there a way to find out really who is calling and have them arrested? i,m sure some people are scared and losing money with this

If only it was that simple, we would all be viewing the conviction lists, instead of informing others with reports of our unwanted calls here.

I am an accountant, but had a client receive a call from this number on 6-16-2017 claiming to be CRA on their way to arrest him.  Silly scammers when will you learn not to mess with CPA's clients.

I got a threatening voicemail msg from this & a few other numbers & I use it as an opportunity to turn the tables on them.  I always call them back & threaten them, because there is no one more deserving of hearing that on the other end of the phone. They must have call display, because they only answer once. Watch W5 for the background on the CRA scam - these ones happen to be out of India.
