Robocall on my voice mail (landline registered with the Do Not Call Registry) for "Amy" (whoever that is) saying that this case has been forwarded to the district attorneys office, call the attorney at 1-877-211-9342, you have been officially notified, and good luck. This scammy stuff is SO annoying!!

These people are pro scammers. They'll claim they are attorneys, they illegally purchase debt information on people, then telll you you're going to be sued and picked up by law enforcement, blah blah blah... They're trying to scare you into giving them money.
Don't believe them at all. They're full of [***]. What they're doing is illegal, but usually they're calling from another state, so tracking them down and pursuing charges is next to impossible.
If someone was really filing charges against you, you get a copy of a summons and complaint from the court in writing, served to you! They don't call you and warn you first!

I got the same voicemail. Now they are calling my grandma in New York and leaving the same message on her answering machine for me.

Left a voicemail at my Mom's house for me stating “This message is intended for (my name) this case is being forwarded to your District Attorney's Office into your name and social security # for further information on the charges being filed you need to get in contact with the rep  attorney at 877-211-9342 again the number is 877-211-9342 you have officially been notified by them....Good luck"
The number that called was 844-880-0622 and the call back number was 877-211-9342

It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.

Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.

Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

This man gave his name and alleged name of a law firm, threatening me with legal action. I have ZERO debt. This has to stop!!!

I keep getting a phone call from these people stating that I owe money which I don't. They won't stop calling me when I've told them to send me the bill in paper and they just say they can't and that they need that money today.

They can't send anything in the mail because they don't have anything to send.  Both CWG40 and I have taken the time to post information in this thread that you should be reading and using.

They are calling from a credit card company.  Mine in particular is Mercury Mastercard.
