Said I received a $500 online loan on 4/24/12 from Cash Net and never repaid it.  Untrue!  Told me an arrest warrant has been issued and court filing was scheduled for this afternoon. Also said my bank manager confirmed the debt.

Ridiculous, they've been bothering my husband so I finally called, they stated they are a law firm handling a fraudulent check, he was very rude, saying I was 'combative and non-conpliant' whn I asked for information about what bank, when said check was written, and when.  Became very defensive when asked aboutany information and tried to turn it around on me saying I was rude, they hung up on me continually so I decided to google the number only to find it was a scam number, then they proceeded to call me twice under a 512 number and left a voicemail under an 805 number.  What a joke, DO NOT ANSWER.

Just calmly ask for the Business Name, Address and Business Phone Number. Chances are they will hang up you...
