I received a message similar to John's response, when I called back some "lawyer", that says I will be "served", I Explained a lawyer would serve me not call me. He proceeded to tell me to call the authorities. Such a scam, DO NOT BELIEVE!

Got the same call today from a spooked Blackfoot, ID number. Same Angela Morris, same 844 call back number.

Call came from a local number 510 214 1487. A ANgela Morries left message They left a vm. saying "You were not available today and this call is in regards to a complaint. Please immediately contact 844-886-3136.  Again the number is 844-886-3136.  After a third failed attempt we must contact the HR or payroll department on file. Goodbye.  It was text speech on my call as well.  Again, the original call came from a local number, with this number as a call back.

My mom received a call from Angela Morris, same as above. I called from my cell to inquire, got a message to leave a clear message with all of her personal information. I researched it but it looks like it's a scam. She doesn't owe anyone anything so I am blocking that number on her cell phone.

Same message in reguards to a complaint that was supposedly filed.

I got the same exact call. Tried calling the local # 727-264-5672 back to tell them to f@$! Off but it rings twice and then hangs up. Called the 844-886-3136 # and they answered "litigation department"I. SCAM SCAM SCAM, DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION!

Left voice mail, letting me know that a complaint had been filed against me, and I needed to call the 844 number.  Said if I didn't respond, they would contact my company's HR Department.  I called the number back and there was no answer and I am NOT leaving any of my info. My credit is great, this is simply a scam.

Got same message called back and was told US BANK was coming after me legally for a debt from 12 years ago.  Already knew a majority of my information.

Same as above, bogus local number stating it is Angela Morris and all of what others have said above.  They are definitely a scam.

I got a call from the infamous Angela Morris this morning myself telling me to call 1-844-866-3136 to avoid contacting my HR department. The number she called me from was (678)323-1467.

Left a message on voice mail using text to speech saying after 3 unresolved attempts, would contact the HR or Payroll office on file. Number that showed on my voicemail was from a financial institution that I do business with. They had no information regarding any problems with my account and assured me that they do not contact employer's HR or Payroll offices.

She said , honey this is a big building. Its not like I was sitting right next to the person you talked to. But then she transferred me right to the same guy. I told him I call the company he claimed I owed $4000 to and they told me to let him know I don't owe them any money and that he could call them if he needed to. He hung up on me. 1-844-886-3136 was the number they called me from.

Same message everyone is receiving. Good thing I research the numbers I have no clue about first. Funny thing is this is their first attempt not a third.
