Left a message on voice mail using text to speech saying after 3 unresolved attempts, would contact the HR or Payroll office on file.  Called back, wanted a case number or SSN, which I would not provide.  They said they were "litigation" and would not give a company name.

Call came from a local number but only did a half ring then went to voice mail.  Left message with the beginning cut off to seem as though I missed the important part.  They said "You were not available today and this call is in regards to a complaint. Please immediately contact 844-886-3136.  Again the number is 844-886-3136.  After a third failed attempt we must contact the HR or payroll department on file. Goodbye.  It was text speech on my call as well.  Again, the original call came from a local number, with this number as a call back.  I know I don't owe anyone anything so I know it is a bogus call.  Others might not be so lucky.

Credit collection company

same as above. called 844 number and it was a company trying to obtain info for a credit collection agency.

The 407 392 3071 number is reported on the findoutwhocallsyou site.  Complete scam operation.  Ignore and block the calls.

If you call that number they ID themselves as "Lincoln GP Advisors".  No idea where they are located.  I assume she meant Lincoln Group.
Something called "Lincoln GP" appears at 844-870-9809 on  800notes.    Sometimes called "Lincoln Financial".  Or some other similar variation.

Same thing as all above but my call came from a local number 727-264-5672 left a message to call back 844-886-3136.  Message said there has been a complaint against me to call back or they would contact my HR and Payroll at the company listed in their records.
Thanks to these messages I am not going to call them back.

Called me from a local number and left me a voicemail to call them at 844-886-3136 by a lady named Angela Morris.   Called them back, they knew all my information, but wanted to verify my last 4 of my social.  They refused to tell me what any of it was about, even though I asked 5 times.  Then when I refused to tell them my last 4 of my social, they hung up on me.  The sad part, I have nothing in collections..AT ALL!  So, yeah.  Scam!!

A call came in from Forest City Arkansas 870 581 4224. A recorded voice said to call 844 886 3136

Call my cell phone twice.  Left voice mail, letting me know that a complaint had been filed against me, and I needed to call the 844 number.  Said if I didn't respond, they would contact my company's HR Department.  I called the number back.  They asked for my phone number (not my SS#).  I gave it to her.  She said a complaint had been filed against someone else, and asked me if I knew him.  I didn't.  She said it must be a wrong number, and she would remove it from their records.  Said it would take 24 to 48 hours, and to disregard any other calls.We'll see...

Don't worry, these crooks will call back looking for you next.

Criminals masquerading as debt collectors attempt to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged (they use the bad check or hot check claim a lot) and go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished without actually being sued or going to court, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this, all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your family, friends, neighbors and/or places of employment (past or present or both) to create panic and embarrassment so that their intended victim calls them and they can scare that person into paying their extortion money.  They will use the words “Mediator”, “Arbitrator”, or “Law Office” to make you believe that they are something other than a debt collector want-a-be and that they don’t have to follow Federal and State collection laws.  They do have to follow those laws, but they won’t.  They mention that they have received a Fax document, to create the sense of urgency.  They also tell you that if you fail to call them back you are "waiving your right to council", which is pretty much nothing but hogwash.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number where they will ask for money to “make it go away” (this is actually the same place, they work in teams, one pretending to be the server, and the other usually pretends to be a lawyer).  Process servers do not ever call ahead so that you can dodge them.  Process servers get paid to serve papers, nothing else.

Got the same message that if I didn't call back they would contact my HR and payroll department. Funny thing is, I have no outstanding debt.
