You are very welcome!  Yes, the whole idea is to embarrass you and create panic so that you call them back and pay them money to "make it all go away".  Then a few months later they start calling again because they know that they do the same thing to you and even worse they sell your information to other crooks telling them that you are a "very easy mark" since you paid them the first time.

It keeps calling me and is a threatening scam. Sounds like an older woman calling.

I just received this same call.  However, they are calling for my mom and not me.  This is very annoying to say the least.  The transcription on my voicemail says that it is a Ryan Adams that called.  It is a female.  At first I freaked out, but realized this has to be a scam.  I received one of these calls for my mom last year and I told my parents about it.  Not to answer or call back if they are also contacted.  How can these be regulated? I guess maybe I'll send the number to FTC so maybe they can do something about it hopefully.  My parents filed for bankruptcy a long long time ago.  SO they don't have any outstanding big debts.  They have their current credit cards that are all paid and up to date.  SO if they are trying to collect on really old debts....they need to stop.  How do these people live with themselves and using scare tactics like this to get people to call back.

These people Continue to keep calling my phone harassing me about a file I Tried Calling them from a different number they didnt confirm any thing that was only for a debt they were too many trying to get my information that they thought they already had also leaving nasty harassing voicemails acting like if I don't respond they can come out to my house or my job smh I actually have my phone company turn off my voicemail and now they're calling my family members numbers that they think they may know me leaving nasty voicemails…  I've already told them don't respond to them don't give them any information that you know me because its a scam and the company phone number is 1844-922-1433 I Just Want To File A Complaint Against Them Thanks!!

If you or your attorney, have any questions, please contact the filing party at (844) 922-1433. You have been notified.

This was the message they left me, the message was directed to my father who lives 3 states away and was clearly a scam.
