    igot a call yesterday. They left a message - Blue cross Blue Shield. Left a toll free call back but their number called from also showed on my caller ID. They just said to call if I was still interested in going over ppo plans.
    I am not here to complain- I do not know that it is not exactly who they said - I was looking up before I returned he  call

    I would not return the call.  Called me at work, no answer, left message that started "...policies we offer, please press 2 now to get a free consultation, 9 for a call back and to be placed on our do not call list..."  Phone number that showed on caller ID was (860) 407-0431 from JEWETT CITY CT.  I have UnitedHealthCare insurance.

    Soon as I heard, "This is health care specialist company...", that was enough to know I don't want anything they have to offer or give them a chance to scam me.

    Call showed as 4444444444 on pop up today, message left showed 469-449-0143 like Mike below.  Also showing as Scam on many other sites now.  Spoofed 469 area code is Dallas TX.

    This is happening to me too - several calls a day from different numbers every time. I tried to press one to remove from list but it doesn't help. I'm afraid to call the number (844 989 1702) to complain because I'm sure it's a trick. How do we stop this??? it's got to be illegal!

    Your phone number was confirmed "good" when it rang and they did not get the phone companies disconnect (the real one, not one that you would put on your answering machine or voicemail.

    Until now our national strategy has been to educate consumers.  Shouldn’t we change strategy?  Shouldn’t we find a way to send these folks to prison?

    Have gotten at least 4 calls from this company with different names (2020 Health Care Advisors, Health Care Savers) - all have come in on different numbers on caller ID.  All are a robo call about how I requested info about lower insurance rates (never have requested health insurance rates).  Press 1 to be permanently removed from the call list or call 844-989-1702 - have pressed 1, called the number and asked to be removed to no avail.
