This is NOT Blue Cross Blue Shield.  It is Scammers pretending to be legitimate insurance providers.

Half a dozen calls a day to my cellphone, from different spoofed caller ID's.  Not sure if they're pfishing for credit card info or actually peddling some sort of fake insurance plan.

8449891702 is owned by Intelliquent, Inc, a telemarketing service bureau.  Their number is 855 404 4768.

The call-back number I got was 844-99-1707. I got the same health insurance scam message as my fellow posters above. I have also received multiple calls with this same message, same voice and same botched call-back number. I found the number in the transcript on another site, which said it was a robocaller with a low call activity and advised not to answer. I'm sure the activity rate was low because the scammer uses so many fake numbers. I should think the phone companies should be required to use real numbers and real IDs. I hate this.

Robo calls several times  day from various numbers.  All of it illegal under new FCC rules

I receive several calls per day, all originating from different numbers, in various states. I am so disgusted I want to scream. If I could get hold of these people it would not be pretty.

It's constant from different numbers.  I call the 844-989-1702 number and it's just some recorded message to press 1 to be removed from their call list. I press one every time they call call from different numbers to stop calling me.  If I press 2 to talk to someone, they hang up on you if you ask to speak to a supervisor, or as for the name of the company and address.  I just want to throat punch these people.  Annoying as hell.

Have medicare and military ins Why would I even consider another?  SCAM big time.  I have received this message from various numbers all over the country:

(indistince) And to be placed on our do not call list  permanently please call our toll free number 844 989 1702 and press 1 when prompted.  Or press 1 now to be taken off this call list.

Same Healthcare Advisor robocall-bozo calling from 619-391-2958 allegedly. Same number to call to get off their list 844-989-1702. Bogus.

There are various call from numbers each day they call.  Has anyone tried to press 9 to be on permanent do-not-call list?

I have received dozens of calls on my cell from this group, it is the same male voice robocall to "discuss what options they have available". They call sometimes several times in a day, and the calls are always from a different # in a different state each time, but always with the same return # 844.989.1702. What good does it really do to sign up for the Do Not Call Registry??

Constantly several times a day calling from different cities showing in caller ID (or unknown ID) computerized message about medical plans they leave this number to call or press 1 to be taken off the list  - they never stop calling

These guys are ridiculous.  Four or five calls a day using spoofed numbers.

Same as all the other comments...  Calling my work phone, how do you make them go away.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield wanting to go over plans.  I'm with another insurance company currently and won't be changing at least until my next open enrollment.  I've had Aetna do the same thing, so is there a list that shows that I am a potential client at this time?  I don't know.  Seems valid, just not really applicable to me.

By you pressing a number and/or calling them back, you are only confirming your phone number is good with active person that answers and you are put on that special confirmed higher valued list. You just made them more money and guaranteed more unwanted phone calls for your self. Ignore and block is what you do.
