https://800notes.com/forum/ta-9413b3202bc8b6c ... net%27s-tactics - Concerned citizen| 1 replyHe said there was a problem with my computer. Stated he was a certified computer technician and that he was getting pings from my computer that several Windows programs were not able to be used and if I would go to my computer he would give me a website to go to so that he could fix it for me. I asked for the name and address of the company. I was told the company name was Tech Service Masters. When I asked for the address he replied Ontario, Canada. I pressed further for the street address and he replied, " do you want me to fix your computer or not?" When I asked him for the address again he hung up. The call seemed to be looking for a way to gain remote access to my computer and was definitely had call room noise in the background. Very thick accent possibly from India
- Caller: Tech Service Masters
- Diva77I received the same kind of call. Thick accent. Told me he was receiving pings from my computer. Said if I went to my computer he would tell me how to fix it. I was not at home so he offered to call me back tomorrow. Smh. Scamming idiots
- Caller: Tech service masters
- LandyJust rec'd a call (06/18/14) from 845-335-2990 Foreign female (India) stated she is an IT Tech from Microsoft and stated my computer is sending threats to Washington. She wanted me to turn on my computer and read a number to her -
The entire time I could hardly hear her so after a few minutes she just hung up!- Caller: Microsot
- JoyI also received a call from a man with and accent (Accent- Most likely from or near India). Said that he was an IT Tech from Microsoft. That one of my computers was doing Something like the above comment. I cut him off. I just said, I don't do anything on the phone. Thanks, I'll look into that good bye.
- Caller: Microsoft
- Tammy Stolipher McKinneySimilar call like above. Told him to provide me with the password I had set up with Microsoft for IT assistants and he said sure do you have a pen and paper handy. And then hung up. Really do they think people are that stupid to just give them access to their computers. Get a real legal job.
- Caller: Microsoft

They call me day and night do not leave message on my cell or house phone, I am handicapped and getting to and answering phone is a hassle, they do not answer when I get to return phone call, so it frightens me very much. I am reporting them here they make my life a nightmare and I am with flu I live alone, I also get calls from them and the sound like Spanish accent, I do not know any one Spanish and they have in far past asked me personal questions as to who I am answering phone in house, no one else knows them either I do not give my name out to anyone on phone I do not know . They ask me for my name and it is a very noise filled background of voices, an someone said be quiet loud! I hang up from now on an they leave no messages on my ans machine off! - Adrienne replies to Concerned citizenI went through this years ago, my computer and another company said my computer was hacked, so next time they called an I was on computer they came through, advice is shut down computer, and if this continues, get name first and last and report to FBI , and security, especially if they sound Indian, bc last year I had an outfit Indian based firm coming online into my computer, thus Ipad now. they flat told me they could follow me onto any computer the wanted as they had my info. Be careful out there the tech world is complicated today,!
- Adrienne replies to LindaDo not call them back. they will hack your equipment through Microsoft it is very for them to do. they put in their cookie so they are alerted every time you open your computer. Microsoft knows about this bug, you have to go deep online to find this information I am giving you. I did!
Now I have another problem cause they traced me again. in addition I have a firm with a New York exchange they have an accent, and want my identity, first, and you can hear some one say shut up, stop making so much noise, not a clue what or who they are, phone or ipad or computer, get off phone and online as well do not stay online browsing bad news, your cell is vunerable as well I found this out - princessAsian called with noise in background I barely understood but said im being investigated lol
