847-258-9109 calling with an ex boyfriends name, from 20 years ago, threatening lawsuit and if i don't respond, I forfeit my right. He doesn't even have this cell number. So, to have my cell and him linked together is suspicious already..

Left voicemail on my cell.  Definate SCAM easy to spot as part of the call was pre-recorded. Anyone can find your name and number and family info on web sites plus facebook and other sites can show people you know and even can use them to look back to when you were discussing your "private" life with close friends!

Got a VM om my cell looking for me will find out where I live and work once they have that info will contact my county  with allegations against me .never said what it was about. Gave a case # from a different phone # to call back on. Said if I didn't call back or my attorney  it would be Forfeiture of Life and admission of guilt.

I have received numerous calls from this company, Viable Solutions. I have contacted a Consumer Protection attorney in my area, who advised that this IS a SCAM call and to ignore them. They are targeting people who they believe can be scared into doing what they want. They will call out very old, noncollectable debts to you to sound legitimate and try to tell you they are coming after you with a process server from your county. This has been going on for months now. I'm still working with the attorney to see if we can sue them. I've told them multiple times to stop calling now. Hope this helps someone else out there to not be afraid of these con artist, if they receive a similar call.

I received an order process to conduct a full investigation to facilitate your current location whereabouts. Once you have been located, this department will pursue you at your residence and or your place of employment. An immediate response is required to avoid allegations being filed with your county. Yourself or your attorney can contact this office @ 847-258-9109. Reference directly to Case # ______. A failure to comply will result in a forfeiture of your rights as well as an admission of guilt. Good luck."

Threatening a lawsuit, did not leave a name but referenced case number 685953.  Trying to find my location.  Also called from 603 484-8678.

Calling for Jeffery Bench with threats on acct #672588. Not sure who that is but this is a SCAM!!!

Legal notification order to progress to investigate and determine whereabouts pre-recorded message says my name and gives case number.....not the 1st time.......Total Scam...."What I say to you idiots that do this crap is try to come to my work, come to my home and meet Smith and Wesson", plus even if you were owed anything by anyone in these responses, (which I seriously doubt) as you are undoubtedly running a scamming/spamming operation on whoever will take the bait and fall for it, is the exact reason you "The Scum of the earth" exist. You will GET yours!!!!!!

Same as everyone else, except now that i have blocked them off my cell phone, they have found my work phone and are leaving messages there.  Our local and federal government can get us if we run a stop light, but they can't stop these people.  This is harassment and if i lose my job over this idiocy, they better hope i never find them.

Caller: didn't say who they were

I received a call from this number on more than one occasion for the previous owner of this phone number.  I called them and asked them to remove my number - AGAIN! We'll see if it works this time.
