If CitiMortgage is so upset with them, why don't they do anything? They're conducting business in plain sight.

I've been getting calls at least twice a day from "Intersection In" for weeks now.  I'm usually not home when they call and they never leave a message, but their name and number shows up on my caller ID repeatedly.  When I am home, I screen my calls and don't answer unless I recognize the number.  By the way, I am also a CitiMortgage customer.

They call and call and call.  No messages

The 847 368 7297 has be harassing me now for weeks.  I've never picked up, but recalled them a couple of times & they say they are Intersections Insurance.  I'm on the Do Not Call Registry & it makes no difference.  They've told me a couple of times they will pull me from their call list, but the calls keep comming.  This is so-o-o illegal in all three parts of the FTC law AND the Sarbanes Oxley Law.  Guess they pay off Bush to keep going.  Hint- find their corporate number & bomb them with calls until they stop.  I called for five hours to one finally they quit to their main switchboard number.  Get your friends & try it.

Answered the phone for 1-847-368-7297 and attempting to confirm that I was with citimortgage so they could send me $500 gift certificate for groceries.

Just got a call from this number. I answered and they hung up. I am a Citimortgage customer as well. I am concerned as well. How did these people get Citi's customer information?????

I am also a citi mortgage customer and receive 2~3 calls per day, but do not answer and they do not leave a message. This is scarey stuff, just knowing that they have our info from citi mortgage, without citimortgage knowing it. Something smells fishy to me! Calling citi's fraud dept 1-800-568-8207 and suggest everyone else does too.

Stated that since I was a Citimortgage customer, I could get thousands in discounts on many home Items and get 500 dollars worth of coupons for stuff I used every day just for signing up.  Told them I was not interested and to remove me from their list. Caller had heavy foreign accent.

We're getting at least 2 calls a day from 847-368-7297 and comes up as "Interstate Inc".  We will not answer the phone when it's them.  Very annoying.  (We do not do business with Citi mortgage or anything else associated with that company.)

Correction - it's INTERSECTION INC on our caller id, not Interstate.

Same thing as everyone here--Citimortgage bought our mortgage & now we're getting these calls.  It seems to me that one of two things has happened.  Either Citimortgage has had a serious breach in security and our personal information is out there, or Citimortgage is selling our names and contact information.  If the latter is the case, Citimortgage WOULD say they are not affiliated.  They aren't affiliated; they only sold a contact/mailing list to these people.  You must tell Citimortgage IN WRITING not to share your information for it to be effective.  I plan to send a certified letter to them for that purpose.  May or may not help in this case, but worth a shot.
