They have just started calling me within the last couple of weeks, I'm on the do not call list and they are calling anyway.  Very annoying, how do I make it stop???

I read the posts with interest.  We have not had harassing phone calls from Intersections insurance probably because we have disconnected our land line phone and only use cell phones. It is interesting that Citi Mortgage claims that this Intersections Insurance is fraudulent, because our monthly statement from Citi Mortgage incudes a $40 charge for "Intersections Insurance", whch we never authorized.  We normally pay extra on our mortgage to pay down principal so we have not noticed this until now.  We are not sure how long this has been going on, and won't know until we look at past statements.

I called the fraud dept at Citi Mortgage today to report it (left a message for them). It appears they have either had a serious internal security breach, or they have willingly engaged in this fraud. We have had other problems with Citi Mortgage regarding PMI and their failure to comply with the Homeowners Protection act of 1998 (Public Law 105-216) but that is unrelated to the Intersections Insurance fraud.

It is beginning to look like a lawsuit aginst Citi Mortgage is the appropriate next action for us unless we get some immediate resolution from Citi Mortgage.

I never received a call from this company that I aware of. I just noticed my Citimortgage statement has a charge of $12.95 for May, June and July 2010 under "other charges" for INTERSECTIONS.   I called Citimortgage Customer Service 800-283-7918 and ask what was this. The rep said he didn't know what is was and that I must have authorized some type of service.

I asked how could Citimortgage accept this without my express permission. He said that it was up to me to contact them about this charge. I questioned why it was my problem when I did not authorize it. The rep said he could not authorize a credit and I should call Intersections at 800-683-0457.  I called at 4:45 PM PST/6 PM CST. The message said they were closed and the hours are 7 AM - 8 PM CST ??

I was not happy. THEN I go online and see the BBB has them with an A+ rating and then I see this website. I am furious.

As with other comments, Citimortgage bought this loan.

Constantly calls the house.  I never talk to them but to say dont call my house again.  Calls comes in the next day.  I currently have 2 loans with citimortgage,  I've canceled my credit cards with citibank due to bad service.  I guess this is good enough reason to look at other mortgage companies as well.

They're at it again!!  Called my Arizona number last week, I didn't recognize the number and didn't answer.  This evening they called twice at 30 minute intervals while I was on one of five  video cameras at our church recording a live Christmas performance.  Needless to say I don't answer my phone while on running a camera.  When I got home I researched the phone # and discovered it belongs to Interstate Insurance out of Arlington, IL.  They now use the phone # 847-368-7290 so don't answer if that number show up on your caller ID.  I have been inundated with scams from unsolicited phone calls this year.  It's time to put all of these criminals behind bars for a long time so that it becomes very costly to try to scam us elderly people as well as the younger generations.

Has called us too many times, sometimes we answer and sometimes we dont. Say they are an insurance company for a mortgage company. We tell them we are not interested and they still call. We are o the do not call list too.

I was getting phone calls every day them.  There was never anyone on the line if I answered, and they never left a message.  I called them this morning and Intersection Insurance answered.  I told them to take me off their calling list, I gave my number but not my name.  They were polite and said they would take me off.

Keep calling my phone number asking for a person with the same last name. I do not want any call from this person . I asked  the caller to identify himself , refused. I found the company on my  computer  and called but no one answered . A machine was turned on asking for more info. I hung up after ten min.
