Repeat calls to unlisted mobile phone number.  So far, every time I answer, no one is there.

they keep calling for CTU. no one ever researched for this. we keep telling them NO, please dont call back. hour later, RING RING! they just dont get it.

I applied at CTU once and it was the worst experience ever. I made it abundantly clear to them that I wanted nothing to do with them. They called me today! Quit calling! They should know that they are not welcome to call me!!

Haven't they gone out of business yet?

I have been receiving calls from these people for months now. I have NEVER put my number on anything online. There is no reason to have my number AT ALL. And Its a cell phone. They call several times a week at all hours of the day. I am so sick of these people. I dont care if it is as a "follow-up" for anything for the people that have put their numbers in anything. If someone doesn't answer after the hundredth time, chances are they dont want to speak to you, so why keep calling back. These people are annoying and need to stop.

They call me at least 5 times a day

I applied for this school and they call me on my cell sometimes. It is annoying but they are a real on-line school. If you tell them to take you off their list "they should"M7. If not it is illegaal.

I got a call from these poeple, a guy named Mark Thompson at Colorado Tech. What an [***]! If Mark Thompson from 8847-586-8705 calls you, hang up.

That's [***]. You are probably from that site. I did not do anything about researching online colleges and they have been calling all summer anyway. They were not given my cell number. I will be reporting you...them to the BBB!!!

They call and hang up so you will call them back... it's a scam, they don't pay for the call when they hang up. You do.

Too many calls

This number called my husband's phone and then mine right after.  They did not leave a message, so I looked up the number here.  CTU sounds about right.  My husband applied for a job online through one of those job search sites, which are great!  Be ware though, those are free services for the general public, however, they still have to make a living somehow.  They offer advertising and "sign ups" as part of their application/registration process.  When my husband was filling one out, they asked a question regarding whether or not he would like to further his education in his career.  They worded it and placed it within the application to make it sound like it was actually the employer that would be interested in knowing that, so he answered it.  Much to our dismay though, it was not for the employer he was applying to for the job.  It was for marketing purposes which have resulted in these repeated, annoying calls.

Getting 3-5 calls a day from this online college on my Cell phone. I called them back on a land line and told them that this needs to stop. I informed them that if they call me one more time, I will give my cell phone call records to my attorney and I will let her handle this by sending them a bill for the minutes that they have wasted, plus an additional monetary amount for wasting my time, plus the amount of money that my attorney will charge to do this for me. They said that they will remove my cell number form their call list.

Here's the solution:
I tried this and it worked!  Politely call them and explain that this is a new phone number for you and you're receiving unsolicited calls from them so apparently the person who previously had your number attended their institution.  They will ask you for the number, quote the name they have on file for that number, add  it to their "do not call list" and apologize for the inconvenience.  The entire process is very pleasant.  Good luck!
