Not only do they not stop calling without leaving messages, when questioned and asked to stop, they reply "no I won't stop". On top of that, they cannot pronounce my name when asking to speak with me.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

One of the posts above indicates a loan call, probably the advance fee scam..

Advance fee loan scam operation! Most of these particular calls are coming out of India and Pakistan.

Advance fee loans are illegal period and in some states, so are the payday loans.   Please be aware the scammers may also claim down the road that you have taken a loan and try to extort money from you that way as well!

Update: They called me a total of 16x yesterday. I did get into it with the woman once and she called me a baby and a "Stupid American". Called police station and they said to call Attorney General's office and report it. Talked to them and they said it's foreigners hijacking American lines and calling numbers they're pulling off line. Said to answer and as soon as they start talking say this is a scam stop calling me then hang up on them. I did answer and they never would talk! I would report yours to Attorney General as well so they can know its more than one person being affected. They said they are working to figure out where they're calling from! 800-392-8222 is Attorney General's number

That's fine if you happen to live in the same state that you do.  Every state has their own AG.  Please read Tamianth's post and use the links she provided to report to the proper agencies.

No one at this site is calling you.  Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
