They sell Extenze, you know, that stuff Jimmy Johnson shills for.  They are real jerks; they hang up on you when you tell them you want to be on the DNC list, they hang up on you.  About 3 calls into the process, one of the hard-to-understand  representatives said she would put me on the list, but she never took my number down.  After about 6 tries, I finally got a woman named Audrey who took my number down, and ostensibly put me on the list.  I think the first girl i talked to was on heroin.  Seriously.  She made fun of me for wanting to be on the list and then hung up.  You'll have to keep calling until you get someone sane, coherent, and marginally understandable.  I hope she actually puts me on the list.  Why, oh WHY, did I fall for that "Free Southwest Airlines Tickets" promotion on Facebook?  Stupid, stupid, STUPID!

I got a call on my cell from this number. They left a message, but it was garbled. Some other sites say it is a telemarketer, or they are just checking for a valid cell phone number, so they can sell it to other telemarketers. My call from 1-850-298-8511, it turned out to be Freedom Funding Center, which seems to be a government grant program. He wanted to know what kind of business I would need $$$ for, and I told him that I would need $200,000 for my Miniature Dachshund Farm, to buy a nice building with nice kennels, as I am raising Miniature Dachshunds for fun and profit, mostly for fun! He said that sounded good, and he wanted to know if I wanted to take advantage of the first 14 day FREE Trial of their website, where I would find the necessary forms and instructions to apply for my grant. I told him that sounded good, and he said the next 14 days would only be $4.95, and he wanted to know if I could handle that. I told him I thought I could. Then he wanted to know if I wanted to put it on a Visa or a MasterCard, and that was when we got disconnected by iCall (which was just as well, as I was only going to string him along a little more, maybe getting him to set it up in my name, Stanislaus Dreuckebdodevitskovitz, and making sure he spelled it right)! He sounded like he was from some other country, and I’m sure he would have stumbled on this one!

For those of you who want to DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, and not just post comments like “stop calling me,” “I’m calling Verizon (or whatever carrier you have) to have them stop (which won’t help, as they will tell you what I’m going to tell you),” “have them stop calling me,” and such, what you need to do is to contact the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov (they also have an 800 number where IT WON’T COST YOU A PENNY TO PHONE THEM), register your phone number on their DO NOT CALL LIST, then follow up by contacting the Federal Trade Commission EACH DAY THAT YOU RECEIVE A CALL from any of these “mystery” phone numbers, because EACH VIOLATION costs the Company (caller) $10,000 FINE (unless the F.T.C. has changed it, probably increasing it)!! When these Companies get a few FINES, they will quit calling, unless they are calling from outside the United States (like Canada, the Philippines, India, and such)! How do I know this works? Because I used it with a Company that kept calling me recently! It took 3 days-in-a-row of calling the F.T.C. before they finally acted on it (they probably have THOUSANDS of calls like this each day from all over the country), but when they did finally act on it, THE CALLS STOPPED! Is this what you want? If so, then YOU need to act on it, not just whine about it!

If you call them back from the same phone where they called you, and if you sound like a nerd and try to bawl them out, curse them out, and yell at them and TELL THEM to take you off their list, why sure, they’re going to harass you and continue to call you! Wouldn’t you? Why not act civilized, just tell them that someone called you and you didn’t understand the complete message, maybe saying that it was garbled, and ask what their Company name is and what their offer is! If they think they’re going to sell you something, they’ll be a lot more cooperative! Wouldn’t you? Remember, you can always hang up in the middle of a sentence, making them think the equipment malfunctioned! And be sure to call them from an untraceable number, like your computer, using Skype or iCall, or some other Internet Program which you can download FREE, where there is no number showing on their Caller ID, or where it is a number which is “out-of-state” and where it won’t matter if they call it, as it won’t reach you. The main thing is that they don’t know your phone number, so they can’t call you to harass you! If you give it to them, then you’re the dummie! Don’t give them your real name (they’re probably not giving you their real name - and they’re SURE not giving you their cell phone number or their home phone number, even if you ask for it)! Play the game the way they play it, and they’ll understand it! Make some silly remarks or tell some jokes or tell them you’re calling them from an insane asylum or some such! You’ll have more fun and maybe find out something about them. That’s how I’ve worked it and found out the name of their Company, what they are selling, what their latest offer is, and such. Make sure to NOT give out any credit\debit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, addresses, bank account numbers, and such, and you won’t have to worry about them stealing your identity or cleaning out your bank account. You can always say no or just simply hang up in the middle of a sentence! It’s a lot easier, and you’ll sleep better that night! You’ll have fun at their expense, you’ll take up their time that they need to be selling and making some $$$, you’ll harass them like they’ve been harassing you, and you’ll feel much better for it!

I live in Arkansas, and I've got some Miniature Dachshunds I'm thinking about breeding; I've been riding around with 2 signs on my car, in an effort to locate people who might want a puppy for Christmas. I thought it might be a response from somebody like this, as these are usually in the Little Rock or Hot Springs, Arkansas area. I also thought it might belong to Humana, as I often get calls from them about my RXs. I have Humana Medical & Drug Insurance as a Medicare Supplement, but they usually call from an 800 number when I have some RX that need filling, when they have shipped some RX after I ordered from them, and such. They have offices everywhere, it seems, including Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, Arizona, Utah, and Arkansas, so it could be Humana. Any problems have always been taken care of promptly when I call them. I try to tell them not to keep my debit card number on file, as they will charge a RX to it when I have no funds in the bank, & it causes "insufficient" charges! I also have asked them to NOT call me when they ship RX, as I don't need the tracking number and a lot of useless information; I just go down to the Post Office & check my box, & it is usually there. Sometimes they will use a "machine" to call me, sometimes not! I just put up with it, as they are a pretty good company, overall. I did send a RX from my doctor by mail, & it said they could fill it with a generic, which was ZERO CO-PAY, but they filled it with a regular RX & charged me $95, so I called them & talked to 2 different supervisors, the last one saying he was in the RX dept., & he sent me a label to return it & they deducted the $95, so I was happy with that!

Keep up the good work, of informing people about these "odd" phone numbers, as I get other calls from other numbers, too. I figure they are just checking to find out "active, alive" cell phone numbers, so they can sell them for telemarketing purposes. Sometimes a person will say “sorry,” and other times nobody says anything, or they leave a garbled message! When it gets as bad as the land-line was (which I had AT&T take out because they KEPT GOING UP ON THE PRICE), then I'll do like the dealers & throw the cell phone in the trash & get another one with a different number! Today, I got 2 mystery calls from “NO CALLER ID!” So, it looks like these telemarketers are getting cagey!

RightSource, the prescription drug division of Humana, where I have my Drug Insurance under Medicare, previously sold me two different eye drops for glaucoma, Xalatan and Dorzolamide with Timolol, both of which were Zero Co-Pay for me. In the past, I paid as high as $150-195 for each of these. Recently, when I phoned them, they quoted me a price of $3,000.00 with Timolol & $4,000.00 without Timolol, or vice-versa! I told them they ought to be ashamed to themselves, charging those kinds of prices for (like my dear departed mother used to say) a little thimble-ful of eye drops (these young gals don’t even know what a thimble is)! I told them that my grandpa used to say that he didn’t mind being held up, but he thought they were supposed to use a gun! Anyway, I asked them what was available in the ZERO CO-PAY category, and of course, they didn’t know, saying that the doctor would have to decide that. I asked them what poor folks do - go blind, I guess!

This $3,000 to $4,000 is over TWICE what my monthly income is! It sure looks like the drug companies are running WILD! I can figure out what probably happened: all the doctors are SCARED TO DEATH of being sued, as one probably DID GET SUED over this allergy situation causing a death, where a person like me was taking allergy shots and also using a beta-blocker. Somebody, probably a drug company, must have paid some BIG BUCKS on this one (we’ve got to get the lawyers under control, too)! To get their $$$ back, they’re OVER-CHARGING the next suckers a LOT OF MONEY! In the deal, they signed a paper saying they wouldn’t talk about it or release any details, so that’s why nobody knows anything or WANTS TO KNOW ANYTHING! But, we’re the ones that are the victims of it, while the lawyers make TONS OF MONEY out of a big lawsuit!

I took personal and business Bankruptcy about a year ago, so I can’t take it again for 6 more years; and I’m still paying into the Federal Bankruptcy Court System each month. I’ve already made the decision about whether to eat or buy prescription drugs! I have a mortgage, which I’m struggling to pay, on a house that has lost value and is probably not worth what the balance on the mortgage is! I have 6 doggies (two of which are rescues) to feed, as well as myself. I have an old 1999 car, which I’m trying to keep running, and the PRICE OF GASOLINE IS GOING UP EVERY MONTH! Pretty soon, it will be easier and cheaper to just quit eating all together!

In going over this month’s bills, I got an increase on many of them, mostly my homeowner’s insurance, but my income increased $0.00 (where I see that Congress is now considering that it needs a raise). When will us “poor folks” get a raise? Yahoo or Google reports that this is the LEAST PRODUCTIVE CONGRESS IN DECADES! They get FULL RETIREMENT BENEFITS, even though they only serve ONE TERM in Congress (it sure is nice that they voted themselves this benefit, as all us "poor folks" have to work & pay into Sociable Security for AT LEAST 10 years before we can draw anything out)! They’re still drawing an INCREASED SALARY, however, but they can’t seem to get anything going on the budget, debt, or much of anything else - they keep talking about cutting Medicare & Sociable Security, which they’ll be doing when my children and grandchildren are drawing it, too, as this is just politics! But they don’t need to mess with these programs! They need to get the government’s act together, if we’re going to continue to be the leading nation of the free world, and other nations are going to LOOK UP TO US! They don’t need to have the Feds going broke, laying people off, closing offices, defaulting on bonds, and such! I don’t know all the answers, but it seems that they don’t, either!

Looks like we need to have another “tea party,” some more “Wall Street sit-ins,” probably down on Main Street in all our towns, and we need to all go to Washington and ask Congress and our Government leaders to RESIGN! There needs to be a “Sundown Clause” in ALL LEGISLATION, mandated by CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT, where ALL LAWS go out of force in 10 years unless Congress and our State Legislatures renew them, and NOT renew them automatically all in one batch, but individually! We The People need to take back control of our government, not the LOBBYISTS and RICH PEOPLE!

Yes, the Internet is great, but my provider, AT&T, has become a MONOPOLY again, and they are CERTAINLY ACTING LIKE IT! They continued to raise my phone rates, so I had them take out my land line, but leave in the Internet. Now, they are TRYING TO RAISE THE PRICE on it, too! I appealed to the State Attorney General's Office, who helped me some, but AT&T is SO BIG, they're NOT AFRAID of an Attorney General, a lawyer, a lawsuit, the Federal Government, or anyone or anything, I don't think! Maybe it's time to reconsider and break up this MONOPOLY again!

I signed up for some survey and free stuff sites a few days ago, where I have to do some offers & give them some referrals, & I figured I would start getting calls like this, as the Terms said that they have partner companies who will call me, send text & SMS messages, E-Mails, & such, so it looks like it has started! When I went to my E-Mail box, instead of the usual 12-13 spam messages, I had 52 this time! They can really turn on their automatic machines, can’t they? It costs them NOTHING to send E-Mails, so they sure take advantage of it. I’ll probably get more junk mail in the coming weeks, too. They even get a cheaper rate on mail than you and I pay: instead of 44 cents, they pay about HALF that much! If you don’t believe me, go to your local Post Office & ask them how much it costs to send Prepaid Printed Matter Postage (if you send out a few hundred or a few thousand at a time, ALL ZIP SEQUENCED, of course, so the Post Office doesn’t have to do any work)! Where I live, they have one zip code for Post Office Boxes and a different zip code for street addresses, so the Post Office people are really lazy and don’t have to think much, either! After thinking it over, I began using phony E-Mail websites like mailinator.com, and just giving out my Post Office Box address instead of my street address, unless they specified that they would not take Post Office Boxes. I quit giving out my cell phone number when I register on these survey & free stuff sites, too; I give out the old number, which I had disconnected back in January. If they try to call it, they’ll get a disconnect recording!

One website that operates penny auctions, sounded pretty good, but before I pulled out my credit\debit card, I ran a search for some forums that had them in the forum, & it turned out to be a scam. I felt sorry for some of the poor folks who thought they were buying a bunch of bids for $19 or so, & then they got their credit\debit card charged for $159 or some such! Read the Terms, folks, & if it sounds too good to be true, it probably it! There ain’t no free lunch any more! You gotta pay for it!

Like I said, keep up the good work of telling folks this phone information without trying to niggle a $1 or $2 out of them like your competitors do! I was told that the Internet was FREE, but it doesn't look like it any more! Google uses the word "FREE" on most of their searches, but when I get to the actual website, it is usually a free trial, free download (then they want some $$$), free look-a-see, or some other nonsense! Google probably abuses the word FREE the most! If any other business did this, the F.T.C. would be on them for misrepresentation! I've found some alternates to Google: Dogpile, Yahoo, MetaCrawler, Nutch & Znout are all good and don't misrepresent or go for the Almighty Dollar, like Google does! Search2.net, Yandex, and others are available - just search for Alternative Search Engine.

Yep, I get other calls from other “odd” numbers, too. I figure they are just checking to find out "active, alive" cell phone numbers, so they can sell them for telemarketing purposes.

It showed up on my "Missed calls" on my cell phone. My cell phone never rang, as I had it in my pocket on “vibrate,” and it didn’t vibrate, either; but some people tell me they can't leave a message, so I usually check my "Missed calls" every once in a while. I did get a message on this one, but it was so garbled, that I couldn’t tell what it was about! I wondered who might be calling from this area code, as I have given out my cell phone number to only about 4-5 people and it's not listed in any directories that I know of. I thought telemarketers were not supposed to solicit cell phones. I'll be putting my number on the FTC's Do Not Call List real soon! I ran an ad to sell some dogs, and I got a lot of "unsolicited" calls from companies working the newspaper ads, wanting to sell me different things, mostly advertising! Once you make your number public, you're gonna get all kinds of calls like this, I have found! Remember, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. If this is for mortgage reduction or debt reduction, don't send them any money in front, as that's the last you'll ever see of it! And don't give out any info. like Soc. Security #, bank acct. #, and such, as they can use this for identity theft! I didn't sell any dogs (I had 2 at that time, but one of 'em died a few months ago), so I finally quit running "free ads," as I got tired of all this "stuff" from companies wanting to sell me something! If you want to learn what's going on, check Rip-off Report.com -  they've got the latest on all the scams going around, and you don't have to search state by state, county by county, city by city, like you do with the BBB and the Attorney General's Offices. One search takes it nationwide, and often it will show the various other names that companies use, to confuse people!

I got a letter from a "Secret Society" wanting me to join a bunch of wealthy & influential people, and all I had to do was send for a free 56 page report. I did. Then they sent me a letter asking for $139.95 for a "2,000 year old manuscript" of secrets! Sounded like a lot of baloney, to me, so I checked Rip-off Report. Sure enough, it was a scam! One of the most interesting I've run across in a long time! None of their letters was signed by anyone but "John." They had 2-3 different addresses in different parts of the country, they had NO E-Mail address, NO PHONE, and only 1 FAX number! They promised a 90 day guarantee on my money, but they didn't tell me where to get in touch with them! Good thing they weren't giving away $10-million, like another outfit that sent me 3 letters one week, saying that I had won the $10-million prize! But, there was no check in any of the 3 letters! I told them to go ahead and take the cost of all the merchandise and magazines out of the $10-million, and send me the difference! I'm expecting it to arrive any day now! Jeez! How dumb do they think we are?

I also got a letter from "Maria." She said, “I was astonished to see how much of your life was unfairly wasted by insurmountable hardships!” She says that she “thus personally picked you out with the help of ‘Heaven’ in order to entrust you with the most powerful ‘Secret’ there is, for free!”

She said this “Secret” would bring “miraculously” great upheavals into my life within 45 days! She says she just came back from Lourdes with the most precious miraculous “Secret” there is. It might come as a surprise, and yet - thanks to the bewildering “miraculous” powers of this amazing “Secret” - your destiny will most likely have radically changed within 72 hours!

She says she will tell me WHAT I can expect, and also WHEN and HOW things will change for me. But I must first read the most important thing:

A quasi-miraculous event is about to dramatically change my life!

She knows it, because she “foresaw” everything. While she was in Lourdes, “Heaven” gave her a sign, and it was pointing at ME. And now she is compelled to bring me all the help she can.

She says that a tailor-made and very special Help is already mine, since a Divine hand now watches over me!

Maria says not to ask her to relate in detail to me, everything that just happened in Lourdes that personally concerns me, as it would require hours of writing and countless pages to reveal everything to me. All she can say is that it truly is a “Miracle.”

And if I believe in “Miracles” and “Divine Providence,” this powerful “Secret” - which she brought back from Lourdes especially for me - will produce the greatest and most beautiful “Miracle” I will be able to witness in my life, within 45 days.

According to what she “foresaw” unfolding for me, my entire existence will be completely overhauled within a few weeks now, so much that I will probably have a hard time imagining it today, and it will go along 2 great events tied to everything that is dearest to my heart and that will happen in my life just as “Heaven” revealed it to her...

The first one concerns one of my dearest wishes: having some money. And according to what she has “foreseen,” I will soon be filled with joy and witness considerable improvements in everything that is tied to the financial domain. She will give me every detail about it. But she can tell me right away that I can expect one, or rather several, great surprises.

And these great surprises make up the unhoped-for SOLUTION against the lack of money that has been plaguing my life for years.

The second one has a direct connection with someone important: that person will play a major role in the unfolding of my close future. In any case, according to what she “foresaw,” I will unexpectedly get closer to somebody I already know. Someone that had likely drifted away from me and who will suddenly reappear into my life. This return will signal a surge of great happiness for me. She will tell me Whom she’s speaking of.

And the unexpected, positive return of that person will put AN END to the loneliness and the chaotic romantic life I’ve been toiling under for years.

This “Sign” from Heaven that singled me out and all the great positive upheavals that are on the horizon for me, appeared so strongly to her that it was impossible for her to ignore them.

She says that one thing is for sure: that I am faced with a rare opportunity, an amazing occasion to see all my life dive right away in a sea of the greatest and finest Bliss.

And this is why she wanted to offer me - personally and free of charge - this mysterious “Secret” today, gifted with it’s strange “Miraculous” powers. From now on, I am entitled to live through the greatest and most beautiful upheavals in my life.

Her “Secret” will act on my behalf during the “Blessed Night of the White Virgin” in Lourdes next month!

Thus, on this magical and Divine night, she will be on site in Lourdes especially for me, in the consecrated grotto, in front of the altar of the “Saints,” at the foot of the majestic Statue of the Blessed Virgin.

Because at the very instant when certain “mystical” conditions will be fulfilled, a phenomenon that could be considered as a “Miracle” can then happen in this sanctuary that is under the “Divine Protection of Heaven.” This is what “initiates” call the “Blessed Night of the White Virgin.”

During the course of this rare and magical night - which only happens when exceptional astral conditions are met - a kind of Mystical Influx radiates within this magical and Divine place, while the barriers between the world Above and the world Below open and become one.

From then on, it is possible to beseech Divine grace and ask to have an influence on the path of destiny. The life of that specific person then (suddenly and miraculously) gets curbed back to a new destiny on the road of Luck and Happiness.

That is exactly how things will unfold for me. And with that goal in mind, it is now essential for me to benefit from the amazing powers of the “Secret.” She will tell me how.

And she says there is no need for me to be a believer or a catholic. Because the message that “Heaven” left her - and which concerns me and my friends personally - is clear and precise enough at the same time:

Next month I will be as a “blessed one” from “Heaven.” The “Blessed Night of the White Virgin” will brand my destiny and that of my friends, and will lead my life straight to the greatest and most beautiful period of Luck there will be for me.

The arrival of this great period of Luck will very quickly surge up in my life and most likely trigger the greatest upheaval that I will know in my whole existence.

With 2 major events that will chain up for me right away, as she “foresaw” them:

The first one is about the arrival of an important Money income. Enough to get me out of my current troubles. One thing for sure: thanks to the “Secret,” my likelihood to win will be increased a hundredfold. She will tell me how to use it to that end...

The second one is closely linked to the emotional domain. She will tell me how to use my “Secret” to finally become a romantically fulfilled person...

Anyway, what it boiled down to, is that she wanted me to help finance her trip to Lourdes, by sending her a "small donation" of $19.00 ! So, I promptly put this trash in the "round file," where it belongs. So far, nothing GOOD or BAD has happened to me, anything out of the ordinary, anyway!

So, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Especially if it costs $$$ and promises more $$$ and some ROMANCE, too!

I got a call on my cell from this number. They left a message, but it was garbled. Some other sites say it is a telemarketer, or they are just checking for a valid cell phone number, so they can sell it to other telemarketers. On 1-850-298-8511, it turned out to be Freedom Funding Center, which seems to be a government grant program.

When I went to my E-Mail box, instead of the usual 12-13 spam messages, I had 52, then 110 IN SPAM BOX this time!
