Which law is that, please? The Federal curfews on sales, debt collection, and commercial fundraising end at 08:00. Straight political speech may not have any curfew. But the use of an autodialer against mobile phones without prior consent breaks TCPA. Landlines don't get the same consideration.

This campaigner I gather has found a great way to shoot its own cause in the foot. As to your options for retaliation, the short version is that political speech over the phone has few legal controls beyond TCPA coverage. It really depends on how the material is delivered and to where. David Lazarus at the LA Times provided a skinny two years ago.

I had to remind myself that autodialed and canned non-emergency calls in general, when placed to mobile devices, usually need your prior consent per TCPA. Curfew hours for surveys and political speech don't exist there. Reportedly a state may limit hours for bot calls.

Called me at 4:03 this morning...scared the crap out of me no one calls me that early unless it's an emergency! Can anything be done about this?

On October 30th @ 4:08 AM from the Drug Free Florida Committee, was a recorded message. Why are they calling at this hour. Tried calling them back after 8:00 am and got the same recorded message that I received at 4:08 AM this morning. I am on the do no call list for my home and cell phone. Why is this happening?  Very irritating.

Home phone rang once (I believe) at 5:45 am, 10/30/16 !!

Also received a call Sunday morning 230 am. It panicked me as our son is at FSU in Tallahassee and our home phone is not normally a number we get calls on. This is unacceptable.

this call WOKE me up at 6:02 on SUNDAY morning..says, tallahassee,fl,, whoever  you are, DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN,, AND NOT AT 6 am on a sunday morn...totally uncalled for

I received a call from this number Sun at 1;45 am.I was not  happy.These people need to be shot.
