    Yes, lets get it straight, your phony address has been busted.. There are 5 business's registered there and yours isn't one of them! Street view is very nice as well!  I'll bet if one of us calls the Security guard outfit with your claim, they will never have heard of you either.  The only story teller here is you!  Email, fax nor phone call is legal proof..

    Section 809 of the FDCPA http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf requires 3rd-party debt collectors to give debtors written notice of debt (the key word is *shall*) :
    "§ 809. Validation of debts
    (a) Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing—
    (1) the amount of the debt;
    (2) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed;
    (3) a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector;
    (4) a statement that if the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against the consumer and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed to the consumer by the debt collector; and
    (5) a statement that, upon the consumer’s written request within the thirty-day period, the debt collector will provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor."

    Ok Phil let us do some research, that is your name right Phil?  You said you are the owner and that is the owners name, by the Phil nice house with a nice red garage and a white door on it.  Owe any money on it Phil?  Maybe behind in your mortgage Phil?
    After looking at your web site, the website that looks like a kindergartener did it, I noticed right off the bat that you seem to be just as "spell challenged" there as you are here.  It's "due diligence" not "do diligence" and if you don't believe me look it up, even if you misspell it the search engine will bring up the right phrase and definition.
    Now as to the office building which garage door is yours since there appears to be a security firm occupying the middle building and the end building is a Hair Design Service.
    As pointed out your firm has both a low grade and an alert out on it from the BBB in your area even though you have a letter posted that supposedly exhortations you on you web site.  I've never actually seen a company that brags about complaints against it before, does this sales tactic work out well for you?
    Now as the proper ways to find out if a debt is real, there is only one and that is clearly spelled out in the FDCPA, and supported by the FTC and the CFPB which now has jurisdiction over you.  There can always be mistakes and false entries made to credit reports so that is why it is not included in those guidelines.  I do believable that someone else has pointed them out to you so I will try to not be redundant unlike yourself (by the way, hope I'm not using too many big words for you synapses to comprehend).

    So Phil, how is my research doing so far, because I have just started to gather enough research to bury you long enough for law enforcement to come and put those pretty little silver bracelets on you.

    easy way to find out who owns your debt and who has legal rights to collect on it 2 ways are call the original creditor and ask them who they sold your debt to then follow that debt until your talking to the right person then ask them for a validation letter make sure you ask for a notarized proof of debt ownership letter witch any legit company should have no problem providing you also you can check your credit report and call the   800 number on your credit and ask them who they send your debt to call us or email us and ask for proof of debt i have no problem providing anyone with proof because all our debt is 100 real and legit and we have legal rights to service it as far as claims of process servers we don't process serve we are not process servers and never claim to be if you get a call from a process serving company then its not from us we would just be the filing party

    OK guys i am the owner of Global United Arbitration. Please don't listen you any of the posts on here that make no sense what so ever, instead use your head there is two simple and fast ways to verify who owns your debt. First way is to contact the creditor who gave you the loan and ask them what happened with your loan they will tell you who they sold it to. Second way is to pull a free copy of your credit report at annualcreditreport.com. Also you can call us or email us and we will provide you with proof of debt notarized by a notary public. Once you feel you have done your research and are satisfied that you are dealing with who your supposed to be dealing with then you can make an arrangement to satisfy your debt. Or you can ignore your debt and listen to the idiots on here who have the worst credit in America who don't pay any of their bills they spend their day collecting ssi and food stamps and running their trap on the internet in a forum hiding behind a fake name

    Lady's and Gentleman please use your heads and don't believe everything you read on the internet. Global United Arbitration is a real company and exists, that can be verified by calling the ny state secretary of state incorporation division. I am the owner of the company, if you have an issue you can email me http://www.globalunitedarbitration.com/contact.html also our physical address is 3125 Walden ave Depew Ny 14043 you can find that information also on our website. There is 2 proper ways to find out who has legal rights to handle your delinquent account, one way is to call the originator of the debt and ask them who has your account the other way is to go to https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action and pull a free copy of all 3 of your credit reports and call the number on your credit report. Also i have no problem providing anyone with a notarized copy of the debt notarized means its 100% real and legitimate. You can chose to believe uneducated people and their slanderous statements but at the end of the day that's all they are is upset uneducated immature individuals who are upset that they have to deal with the consequences of their actions now. So the only way they think they can hurt us is by posting lies about us on a  forum. At the end of the day the truth always comes out believe what you want but do your own research make your own determination call your original creditor check your credit report and only deal with company's that will provide you with a notarized proof of debt because if they are legitimate they will have no problem doing so. As of the people posting all these lies just remember your debt wont go away until you decide to be a mature adult and pay your bills it will only get worse i suggest you re evaluate your ethics and be a productive member of society because as long as there is people scamming the system this country will be in the financial destruction that it is in. i hope this post helps the honest people and gives them assurance that they can do their own research instead of believe stupid people

    I got a call today saying that someone had stopped by my residence yesterday , and that they were marking it down as a direct refusal. Well guess what idiots, to your surprise and knowledge that your company seems to lack, I was home all day because I'm a stay at home mother. Not one knock was at my front door , which is the only door at my residence. Your fake " private couriers" are real slick on trying  to scare people. Unfortunately for you, it didn't work this time.
