These people have been calling me for months, they are wanting to lower my student loan payment.  I will block the number and they call from a different number.  I have ask them to stop calling and to take my number off their call list but yet they continue to harrass me.  I don't know what to do to get them to stop.

855-205-3266 is just one of the many numbers they call from wanting to lower my student rates.  However, they insist I provide personal information over the phone (including my social security), when I said I will not provide that information over the phone until I can verify their company.  Also I asked them to send me a letter or email with their company information..  They get angry, telling me they cannot do that and finally hang up on me.  Now a good company will send you email, providing their business license and tax ID number so you can research their company.

    Kind Regards,

I received a call on my cell from a man with a heavy spanish accent asking forme by my maiden name.  I said no & hung up.  No one refers to me with my maidenname so I knew immediatedly it was a scam.

I also keep getting calls from this number, and have been for several weeks now. I've asked countless people there to put me on a "do not call" list. At first, I was very polite and patient with them, but now I'm irritated. These fools called me twice today. The first time telling me that my student loans are in default (they're not), and another time retracting their statement about my loans in default. I'm fed up with this company!!!!

I have received 6 calls today from this number with no message left. I am on the Do Not Call list but it seems to make no difference.

The first call I asked them nicely to take me off the list. The second time I asked the woman if she had a hearing problem because last time they called me I told them to not call me and then I proceeded to yell at her to take me off the list, she hung up. They just called again, not sure how many times this actually is as I have continued to ignore the number.

Exact same thing happened to my husband, who by the way has no outstanding student loans.  They have been paid off years ago.
