They've called me twice.  The last time I put on speaker and my family laughed out loud -- I have no outstanding student loans.  But it is upsetting that they have my cell # and name.  Wonder how they attained that.

Thanks for this great advice. I too, just received a call from this number. This particular company has been trying to reach me  for the couple of months. I have tried to get myself removed from their listing, but nothing is working. Even tried the No call registry. If only we had the company name that I could report them to the BBB. If any of you can try, that'd be great.

This bothers me as well. How do they know so much about me? I'm tired of these calls.

why would you call them idiots! if they call you by your maiden name is because when you request your loans, this was request with your maiden name...thank God for stupidity! need to think before talking.

I have been called at least once a week for three months (Sometimes multiple times a day). I, like many of you, don't have student loans  and have told them to remove me from their list. I spoke to a manager and she told me to register with donotcall.gov I did so and they have continued to call. I told the caller this last time that he was in direct violation of the FCC and I would be reporting him which may result in a fine. He replied that the fine is only $1000 and they would be happy to pay it. I don't know how to make them stop. I can only hope that every person they call will report them and they will get shut down due to exorbitant fines.

I just can't understand the point of calling uninterested people over and over again when they will clearly never pay.

I have received many calls from this number saying I have a balance on my student loan which I have never been to college...Very Annoying... I have told them to remove my name off their list... I have told them I would contac my attorney... They asked me not to do that...He got very upset when I mention the word Attorney...
