The keep calling saying they are coming to my house to serve me with papers.  Continental Processing, and I have never heard of them.

I called them back and asked them where they are located they told me to google it and hung up. I called them back and the same person I had spoken with before refuses to send any documentation of money that I owe and they want me to send them $1800 without them sending me any type of documentation stating what I owe and why.

I received same threatening phone call.  They even tried calling from local number.  When I returned the local number it wasn't a valid nulmber.

Do not panic ,dont confirm your name, scam big time!

Keep getting calls from local number andI've been served then called from New York number leaving same message . google all 3 numbers and nothing. Googled name it comes up as a mineral company

By the way, the address you gave for the court & detention services ISN'T what Gunnar asked for. He asked for the address of this company, the one suing you.

You can't object ,  a civil filing is a public record.

If you call that number the after-hours robo greeter simply says "Administration Department, leave a message."  No idea where they are located.  I'm thinking maybe New York, but I can't prove it.

If you don't recognize the debt it's because they are calling all associated phone numbers under an account. Term is skip tracing with calls to relatives, friends, and others.
