- Berta| 11 repliesI have charges to my bank account for 2 dollars each from this number. Who are they and how did they get into my bank account? Charges from very disgusting annotations (Tme*hkrk0p*woman855-225-6459ny & Tme*hkrk0p*goodh855-225-6459ny)

- Legendary left hand replies to BertaI ran into the same situation man. There have been 2 charges of 2dollars this month.
- Ventura Bos'n replies to BertaRe: 855 225 6459 Did you people order magazine subsscriptions? If so, you'll be charged $2.00 for each one.
- rmknmiller4 replies to Berta| 3 repliesI ordered two subscriptions, but don't like the word 'recurring'. It wasn't mentioned in the agreement that I could see - which is always a bit deceptive. Going to call the number and make sure I'm not continually charged.
- sincbt replies to rmknmiller4| 1 replyI just saw 3 of these charges this month and when I looked back couldn't find them in past months. I purchased one magazine subscription this month, but don't recall anything about recurring charges, and even if it was that, why 3 separate charges for one subscription?
- C. C. replies to BertaIf you subscribed to any magazines (like I did) that were a "special offer" like 3 mags for 10.00/yr, they have your info. I called my credit card bank, and the first question was "subscribe to any magazines lately?" Looks like you subscribed to Womens and Good Housekeeping, right? I am going to Call- Block this number, otherwise if it goes to the answering machine, you probably will see some more of these. Good luck.
- watchkeepingI got the same charge. it is for a magazine subscription. You get the magazine for free for filling out a survey, but there is a two dollar charge for each magazine.

- Wendy Hunt| 4 repliesI just had a total of $6 charged to my bank account. Three different transactions for $2 each.
WHY? WHO?
I want this stopped.- Call type: Telemarketer
- Pudge replies to Wendy Hunt| 3 repliesFirst thing I would do is call my bank and start a fraud investigation. If, as others have suggested you are the victim of the "magazine subscription scam," you might want to file a complaint with the BBB. They are often helpful in resolving such issues. One was for Sept 22 for $16 labeled TME*1RSHOHA*FOODNTWK TME 855-225-6459 NY US and another for Sept 24 reads TME*4P949U*SUNSET 855-255-6459 NY for $18. how do I get these charges removed from my account? suzannecruz138@gmail.com
- jIMMY replies to Colleen S Cruz| 1 replyCall that number. I just did because I had a $20 charge on my credit card. Turns out that a year ago I chose a "free" magazine after an online survey that I took. What they don't tell you is it will automatically renew. Go through the voice prompts after you call. It will be frustrating because they try several times to get you to continue the subscription. Just bear with it. You'll finally be able to cancel the subscription. Unfortunately you won't get a refund on the current charge. Note that I did not give them my credit card number again in this process. You can eventually get it to check the account they have for you by your name -- rather than the credit card number. I learn somethng every day. Today I learned NEVER accept a free magazine offer.
- Dan Pankau| 1 replyHere's How to cancel!!!!!!!!!!!!! - PRESS 0 --- The automated lady, which i know you are all too familiar with with just keep talking and talking and sending you in loops.
Press ZERO... She'll say some other bUll$shi* but cut her off by pressing ZERO again. You will speak to a HUMAN being who was very helpful for me actually. Be nice and you may get your money back ... God knows that guy your talking too hates his job.- Caller: Magazine Processing Center
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Jinxie replies to Dan PankauI followed what Dan mentioned. Press "0" and get to a live person. they will make you a bunch of offers decline them. keep repeating you want a full refund. They tried to prorate me but I politely insisted I wanted a full refund and the service canceled. After saying he needed to check with his supervisor (a 10 sec hold) he said the full refund was approved. also like Dan mention be nice to them it will defintely help your situation. You don't want to be an escalated call for someone just doing thier minimum wage job. :)
- Marie| 2 repliesYou just have to call 855-225-6459 to cancel the magazines. Follow the prompts. When I ordered the magazines I knew about the $2.00 charges and I knew about the auto renewal. I set myself up a reminder when to call and cancel the magazines so they would not auto renew. Very easy to cancel.

- Sheryl LoperThis Phone number was on my bank statement. Called. Could not get a "live person" on the phone. They made 4 fraudulent charges for magazines.
- Caller: TME
- KateI called this number, which I found on my bank statement, to cancel these magazines. The automated system "found" only two of the four magazines I had been charged for. I canceled the next payment for those through the automated system, though no mention was made of a refund. Then I stopped responding to the automated inquiries and the system routed me to a human call center. The nice guy on the phone canceled the next payment for the remaining magazines. He refunded most of the charges on my last month's bank statement, though the amounts -not- refunded were more than the cost of one month of a magazine. So it appears the charge is pro-rated heavily toward the front, not like an even $2 per month. The automated system also referred me to magcustomerservice.com to deal with my account, but of course I wanted to talk to a human to get a cash refund.
- Caller: Magazine Customer Service, or TME
- Linda| 1 replyI had 4 magazines renew automatically last week. I called 855-225-6459 and went through the process of cancelling just one of the subscriptions, and I received a partial refund a few days later.
I just called again and listened to most of the automated system. Then I started pressing 0, and finally said "representative", which got me to a live person. The person went through the same speech as the automated system and I just kept saying No, I don't want any of your offers. He kept saying I wasn't eligible for a full refund, but I insisted that I was. I asked for a manager. Instead he said he would do my partial refund, and then submit my request for the full refund to their billing department. I again said No, and asked for a manager. The manager got on the call and agreed to the full refund for the remaining 3, and an adjustment to the 4th so it will end up being a full refund also.
So call, be persistent, and talk to a real person, then ask for their manager if they don't agree to a full refund.- Caller: magcustomerservice.com
- Tomdupped replies to sincbtI was to get three "Free magazines for a year. I only saw two I was even interested in. I checked them, but then I got 3 $2.00 charges on my credit card. I do not really know how they got the credit card number. I just answered a questioner of how I liked a site I had ordered some computer ink (I think that was the one) on. I'm going to have the credit card company block that site from charges. Hopefully get the charges cancelled.
- Sandra replies to MarieI too knew of the stipulations for the charges. I called and canceled the subscriptions, but still got charged for four year subscriptions. I called the number and it even stated I cancelled the subscriptions back in Aug of this year, but I was recently charged this month for canceled subscriptions. Please take this advice and keep an eye out on your account.
