    Today I received the fifth robocall from Sabrina Mason in several months.  She stated that she would like to speak to me about an issue regarding a relative of mine.  She adds, "However, if you wish to remain negligent...."   The message was brief this time compared to previous ones.

    When you file at ftc.gov do the calls stop?  My husband and I have been receiving scam phone calls from several different numbers for the past year.  We finally got them to stop calling family members.

    So tired
    I just called and talked with Katherine Miller. She was extremely rude to me and then hung up. I called back 3 more times and she continued to hang up on me each time and then on the 4th time she answered and repeated back to me what I told her in our original conversation: "I heard you were a scam I would like my name removed from your list" and hung up again. I then called the 855-789-3773 number again and did not push 103 for her extension and spoke with another girl. They were calling for my sister and have been for months. My sister has already talked to them and they refuse to give her any information for this "bill" and then she found several websites saying that they were a scam. I asked them to cease and desist calling me and to remove me from their calling list.

    My mother in law received a call from 855 -228-6832. She said that the caller left a message for my husband. The caller said they will send a sheriff if my husband will not response . If this is debt collector why she called my mother in law instead of us.   Is is right that a debt collector say that to anyone. For what I remembered my husband owe 250 dollars for cash advance. And thats it. If this them, is right to scare people like that? We owed money at Wells Fargo bank. For a year, but they never make a call like that. They have a lot of patience to write us. And they are willing to make a deal. But this call from 855 228 6832, are so annoying. I don't know if this is from a cash advance . But is it right to say that and make harassing call?! this is not the first time that we received  that kind of call . They don't even send mail how much we gonna pay  . Always harassing call. I think this call is from cash advance. Debt collector. And so annoying to say that they gonna send a sheriff for 250 dollars ?

    Debt is civil, not criminal, and your callers are scammers.  Do not talk to them or pay them anything!  It is illegal to contact a third party - your mother-in-law - and disclose the alleged reason for the call.  It is also illegal to threaten someone with "the sheriff" if they refuse to pay.  Per federal law (the FDCPA - Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) - you should NEVER pay anyone just because they say you owe.

    http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0258-fake-debt-collectors

    Consumers across the country report that they're getting telephone calls from people trying to collect on loans the consumers never received or on loans they did receive but for amounts they do not owe. Others are receiving calls from people seeking to recover on loans consumers received but where the creditors never authorized the callers to collect for them. So what's the story?

    The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

    is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
    refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
    asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
    exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.
    If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
    Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
    If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.

    Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
    Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
    Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
    Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

    I, too, have been getting calls from a woman with Integrated Services. Unfortunately, her automated message starts before my automated greeting ends, but something about her banter didn't feel right, so I came to this website. Glad I did! Not that I would have had anything to do with her once I found out the nature of her "business", but now I'm spared the bother and the anxiety.

    Kudos to this website, just for being a handy reference to determine the legitimacy of these characters!

    Have been receiving calls from 855-228-6832.  They told me they were going to file a judgement against me in my county court. I have asked them for a signature obtaining cash from MYCASHNOW and they've told me that I never had to sign anything.  I told the guy from Integrated Services that this is bogus.... and until I have proof on documentation that I have received - I am paying them nothing!!!

    I too got the call today from Sabrina Mason @ Office of Integrated services, demanding I call her re:my father. I called back, asked if they were a debt collection agency and the person who answered immediately said "No!, We are a pre legal agency". I asked what that was and she said exactly what it sounds like. I continued to question and she continued to state she needed info re:my father's name (she mispronounced it by the way) and then called me by name and told me to stop asking questions. I laughed and hung up. Really? Don't ask questions, witch, you're crazy. I won't be calling back.

    Lady called claiming to be a Sabrina Mason. I tried to speak to her. The company 1st said she was unavailable. Then gave me a long spill about a claim that was pending court hearing. I asked for a case number they then said it hasn't been filed yet. 1st guy I talked to was extremely rude, would not listen to me or let me speak. I told them if they had legal case they need to send it through certified mail. He refused. Was rude & hung up on me. 2nd lady I talked to told me that Sabrina Mason was a automated person and said hold on I will let you speak to her & she hung up on me. 3rd guy I talked to was extremely rude and verbally abusive. I again said I would not handle calls only certified mail. Documents. I gave up in trying to get any information from them. Obvious scam or crooked company. I blocked the number.
