These people never give up! It's a printer scam- they ask for the models of your printer and send you products that you didn't ask to get, and try to make you pay for it. We also get a call from a lighting supply place out of Florida that tries to do the same thing. They are scammers!

Here are the scammers you are dealing with when you answer 855-229-5561, notice their local number is 702-737-3004.  No point in even answering these calls.  They are thieves who will get your name and send you ridiculously overpriced toner, while also auto-sending and billing repeated orders.  This is highway robbery.  Warning to all: don't ever give out your printer information to random phone solicitors.

Very loud call center. I couldn't hear the lady who called me very well, but I could a guy next to her identify the company as KPS. Asked for something about copiers.
I assume its a toner scam and hung up.

Scam that has been going on for well over 25 years yet they still try.  If you do give your model number of your printer(s) they will ship you supplies you did not order and bill you for them.  I have gotten a couple of phone calls this week and each time I tell them to take us off their list and I hang up on them.

My employee picked up and passed the call over to me, but when I picked up no one was there...

Received a call from Kelly Printing Supply, asking for the person handling printer supplies.  I told her it was me, and not interested since we a lease. They keep calling twice a week, learn my lesson will put them on hold until they hung up. Im sure they will call again.

same as  everyone else. lady had the nerve to hang up on me after i told her to remove our number from their call list. i wasn't even able to finish my sentence when i heard the "click"   Jerks! the nerve....you called me!

Printer and Toner SCAM.  best to just hang up and spare yourself of their nagging!

Just called, person on the other end sounded like she genuinely hated her job. We don't even PRINT anything here so it's a wasted call on their part. Told her we're not interested and hung up on her.

Immediately called back not even 30 seconds later. I just picked up the receiver and slammed it back down again so I wouldn't have to listen to it ring.

Woman called in wanting to know who was in charge of ordering our printer supplies advised her I didnt know our directory is name only.  No departments listed.  Would need a name in order to transfer her call and please remove us from her listing.  Thanks.

Same lame Scumbags.   Different Spoofed Number "855 229-5561" CID "Toll Free" Spewing Telephonic Diarrhea in hopes of fraud.  Didn't work - the Call Blockers sent it straight to the crap zone - Like I'd be curious or STUPID enough to answer the call after getting hundreds of these jerk's calls... what a bunch of mental midgets!!! They all get promptly sent to the TelecoToilet for flushing to the sewer the calling human sewage crawled out of...

Any call with CID "Unavailable", “Consmer DBT RLF",“Customer SVCS", "Consumer SVCS", "Wireless Caller" Etc. is 99.9% likely to be a scumbag - DO NOT Pick-UP and engage the turds - it only confirms the number has possible suckers on the end and it gets circulated as part of the universal scammers phone list...

These people called our business today at 1301 hours.  Caller ID said "Unavailable" so I was already on alert.  I didn't speak at first, just picked up the phone.  When I heard the background noise of a boiler room operation I knew my suspicion was justified.  I said, "Hello?"  A woman with a nasally voice introduced herself.  I only caught the words "printing supplies", which was enough to inform me that it was a scam artist.  She said she wanted to talk to the person who handled our "computer printing supplies."  I prefer not to lie to people but I didn't have to in this case.  I told her that we don't have "computer printing supplies."  It wasn't a lie.  Our computers aren't printers.  I just didn't inform her that I was taking her very literally.  She thanked me for my time and disconnected.  I'm not holding my breath about them never calling back again.  Scammers LOVE to call repeatedly.  But at least she was polite.  I'll give her that much.  BTW, if you do get suckered into buying from these shady people, according to the complaints I have read, their politeness apparently only lasts as long as the initial contact.  After that, they get very aggressive and rude.

GAWD I wish these idiots would just give the F up!!  Called today, hung up and now they are blocked..no more calls until they find a different number to spoof, geeeeesh.

This is not a reputable company.  They wouldn't tell me where they were located, and the clerk had an Indian accent.  When I tried to call back, the robotic response was ambiguous. They are calling random numbers and do not care who they reach. No legitimate company acts like this.

"Nessa" from "KPS" called here wanting to speak to "D". I am ALWAYS to ask who is calling (must get first and last name), name of the company, and what the call is in regards to. If ANYONE gets defensive or salty with me they get a "No. I don't think so. Please remove us from your calling list." CLICK.
KPS is Kelly Printing Supply and they call here about twice a year asking for "D" from a variety of different numbers.
Not a very reputable company at all.
