Do not bother listening to their BS, lies and scam.  Lift receiver and hang it up!  They are a shady company, with no website!  Their smooth talking liars will that will tell you it's a "free trial" for 30 days and that their toner has double the amount of other companies--both which are untrue.  Fast forward 30 days, collections will be calling you because you didn't pay for your "free trial" or return the product @a 20% restock charge!  Next you will be called again to fulfill your supposed commitment of MORE of their junk toners at further jacked up prices.  Many people have ended up with destroyed printers from the garbage, NON-OEM, refilled toners.

Kelly's Printing Supplies is at it again, along with every other scam toner outfit out there.  I have received so many calls regarding our printer model # this week, I have started hanging up on them as soon as they mention it.

Kelly's printing supplies called twice in one day.  Asked for the person in charge of purchasing printing supplies.  I responded, speaking.  They didn't like that answer and told me to have a nice day and hung up.

Called my office line, when I answered, I could hear the loud sounds of a bustling call center and then Elvis music started blasting. At least if they are going to call and hang up, they could have let me listen to all of Don't Be Cruel!!

Call from Kelly Printing Supplies, they occasionally identify themselves as KPS (I'm guessing because it sounds somewhat like UPS if you're not listening closely) - they want to sell you toner cartridges They insist that their cartridges will last you twice as long as your current supplier without knowing any information about your printer or who your current supplier is. That makes it pretty clear from the get-go that this is a deceptive sales pitch. The caller, Travis, also kept demanding to know the name of who was in charge of purchasing printing supplies and did not accept that I was telling them no.

They have frequently called  our business, sometimes claiming that they had already spoken to someone about being our printing supplier - which I suppose they have, but it would not have been a positive conversation.

    Not a FAX machine
A woman called this morning and said something I couldn't hear well because there was an especially loud FAX tone overriding the voice line.  I asked her to repeat which did nothing as the fax noise continued.  I thought she had asked whether we wanted office supplies, so I told her we didn't need any.  The call ended, not sure if she accepted my response or their fax machine decided we were a failled transmission.

Kelly's Printing Supplies wanting to talk about printers. I told her we are under contract. Her response was, "Oh, so you are the one that makes the final decisions?" No, I'm not.  She asked to speak to that person. All of it was in a very strange voice. I could tell she was a telemarketer/scammer/got our name off of a list, so I put her on hold. Didn't even hold 15 seconds before she hung up. Buh bye.

    Annoyed
I received a call yesterday and again today from two different people claiming to be from Kelly Printing Company and asking for our printer model number so they could send us a 30-day trial XXL toner, which lasts longer than any other toner.  I tried to tell her we have a contract with WB Mason, but she just ignored what I said and continued to ramble on.  After the call, I googled the phone number and found this site.  Boy, am I glad I did!!  DON'T fall for this SCAM!!!

Several months later another person calls back. I told her again, I have asked that Kelly Printing Supplies not call here anymore, is there an issue removing us from your list? She was silent, so I repeated myself, again silent so I sighed and told her I would be more than happy if she were collecting unemployment rather than scamming people.

Got fooled once, wrote letters to BBB, Attorney General Office for each state, had to get lawyers to intervene, horrible experience.  Anyone who wants to help with ink and toner I refuse to talk to them.

I just received a call from this number and they claimed to be from, 'Kelly's Printing Services', and they asked if I was in charge of the printers and I told them that we have a company to service our printers and he told me that I should switch to him. I obviously got the final word and said, "Boy, get off my damn line!"
