My brother got a call from this number inquiring about my whereabouts. They wanted me to call back about case #whatever "before they get an order to locate me.

Got a call from this number. Said it was Amanda Ross that I have a case against me. Gave a case number. Told me to call back. That if I didn't they would come find me.

Keira Johnson called saying that they are looking for someone with my last name.  My name and address have been listed as a relative of his.  I was given a case number.  They want me to have him call them.  I didn't return the call bc I have no idea who he is.

You are being called by a Debt Scammer.  The idea is to harass, threaten and trick you into paying on debt you do not owe.  Ignore the call - block the number.  They might try again on another number so be suspicious about calls from unknown numbers and calls with missing info in the caller ID.
