I got the same call. The guy chomping on gum was a clue that it was a scam.

I received a call first from a process server and told a number to call and then he gave me another number that it was in reference to, I called that number got a very rude woman yelling at me and kept calling me sir I told her I was not a sir she said it was my voice I told her that's because I have COPD she said her sister just went though it and if I was trying to get sympathy I would have to do better than that then she hung up on me. I called the number back and she answered first ring and said she had nothing else to say to me now I'm waiting for my doctor to call me back to see if I have to go to the er because I got so upset about those phone calls then I will call my own attorney.

Called and left me a message for my husband stating they had a case number and legal documents as well 855-261-0568  case# 143127  someone call them and tell them I am scared...  lol  what a bunch of idiots  they literally just called me 10 minutes ago  Vanessa  is her name

They threatened to pick you up if you didn't take out a loan with them?  That doesn't sound like it would them anywhere.
