These folks called with the usual "Lower your interest rate" scam. I did what I always do: expressed interest, then talked to a supervisor for 10 minutes. He hung up after I S L O W L Y read him my (totally bogus, of course...) CC#. I have a paper with bogus CC#, exp. date. pin number, etc. written down, so when it comes up invalid, I can read back, changing one number, and repeating until they tire of the game. I can't believe how many folks just accept this crap or get call blockers (good luck keeping up as the telemarketer scum just keep changing numbers...) - folks, it is time to ENGAGE them and make their business model unworkable.

Man I keep getting phone calls from the same guy and he keeps asking for [***] Rubio. I tell him to f*** off and eat a d*ck, but same calls from the same person. I guess I'm going to have to do the same thing you did.

Called me 5-6 times tonight. First or 2nd call I answered and said to stop calling and hung up. They then called 5 more times but I didn't answer.

Said he was with USA Solar Savings then it was USA Solar Energy. He knew my name and address and got my information from a company they work with. Told him not to call again and send me a copy of their DNC policy.

They keep calling all weekend.  My brother has had enough of them calling.  We tried calling back "WRONG NUMBER" it keeps saying.  Pisses me off  I'm on the DO NOT CALL registry for my cell.  Whenever I answer, there is no one there.  I want to bother someones weekend just like they are doing to me

I'm tire of this people call me from same number. I blocked them but they still call in me using some different 2-3 last numbers.

Answered call said hello then message played just said goodbye. As far as i can figure they get your number from fake emails saying you can claim your prize then they redirect you to a bunch of ads like do you own a home or do you have high credit debt wish Law enforcment would look into this crap

This number has called 7 times in the last 2 hours. I don't answer calls I don't know. Glad my phone will block the numbers so I do to have to hear it ring. They never leave a message.

They called me, I answered, I have no idea what they said, I just said um sorry and hung up. I'm sick of always getting calls like this!

Called me yesterday. Left a voice mail saying he was "Nashville Credit Services".

Same for me I just ignore it or just say wrong number.

Said he was with USA Solar Savings then it was USA Solar Savings. He knew my name and address.  He requested permission to have up to 4 solar companies call me using auto-dial. I pressed for a phone number. He said the 800 number is always busy. I pressed more and got 415-772-1992. Then I said no to the permissions, do not call me and send a copy of your do not call policy. “Are we clear?” He said yes and hung up. They will call again. After I am finished suing my current list of telemarketers. I will collect more from this jerk company and sue them.

BTW I already got a $2,000- judgement from my first case. I'll be filing 2 or 3 more next week and sending 3 demand letters out today (a prerequisite). I hope there is no limit to the number to the number of suits filed in a year.
