I received a call from Indian guy. There was Lots of noise in background. I told him im not approving anything... "you don't have my permission to do anything with the information you have for me" He hung up on me.

I never received spam calls until after a breakup. How does one add a number to a list. I know someone put my email on a list called 16,000 ads. you can google it to see if your email addr is there.

Call multiple times a day and never leaves a message.

That requires both a live voice and of course an answer to do. That's why they're calling also. You'll want these guys to get nothing but a ringing phone for progress, if you're able to do it. Telling them to stop calling is unlikely to give you satisfaction. You can anger them by ignoring their calls completely.

Seems to be a lot of different telescum using  this number?  Solar, credit scam, auto insurance?  Have one come out, get a business card and tell him to pound sand.

They keep calling even after you ask them to remove you from their list.  I spoke with them 3 times today.

Callers are most likely  Indian or Pakistani scammers of some sort or another.  They will NOT stop calling.  Invest in a call blocker and do NOTpickup on call numbers you do not recognize.

I keep Random phone calls
Once I went to the store and when I came back I had 5 random misscalls from 5 random phone numbers

I am on the national do not call list and have asked repeatedly for people to stop calling me from this number. I've stopped answering when I see the number pop up but have some respect, please stop calling when asked.

I received a call from this number.  They left an obscene message telling me go to f my mother.

They called to tell me that he has "GREAT NEWS."  Advised them to remove my number from their list.
