Calls very day some times a couple of times a day I have spoken with them and they will not take me off the list and well aware I know this is BS.

IPS called my cell number when I did not answer, a message was left for me to return the call with a reference number.  I decided to call them back from my work phone and no one would answer.  I then called back seconds later from my cell and guess what, they answered. I was told I owe money from a payday loan company back in 2012 and was told that if I could not pay, I would be served court papers and ordered to pay court cost in the sum of 2,093.00 to the Mack Development Group.  When I refused, the rep said I will receive arbitration papers in the mail to appear in court.  I asked her to confirm my address, she stated an old address from 10 yrs ago.  I tried to give her my new address (a fake one) she did not want it, but she said we will send you the court documents anyway.  I laughed at her, she then hung up.

I have been getting these calls, as well as an idaho number for same thing. The funny thing today they tried to claim they were going after my taxes I looked up the firm they said and it's a firm to report any other income not on you w-2.

Called my did not leave a message.

This number is calling my ex-husband and my mom. Ty are asking for me by my married name that I haven't had for 6 years. When I called it back someone answered hello. They also won't leave a message.

They won,t tell me who I owe the money too, It,s a conflict of interest

There are about 4 different phone numbers calling around claiming someone is making charging or taking to court.  This is the third years that  I have had these calls.  This last one I could hear a female voice say "I thought she was rich".   News flash... I'm far from rich. rofl

Stated that my file came to their desk with the claim number*******. I need to call them immediately or be subject to arrest. No company name given, no caller name given, nothing. The call is automated. They called from 855-283-4371 and gives a call back number of 844-279-7423.

Keep getting calls for my daughter using her ex-husband's last name. I thought maybe that jerk did something. Looks like just another scam!

Received a call from this number today - only sowed "800 Service" in the ID line.  Automated message looking for a deceased family member regarding a "claim" and gave a claim number.  Sounded like they were debt collectors but my family member passed with no outstanding debts.  The automated message states to press Zero to speak to a representative or return call to 849-279-7423 which is in the Dominican Republic.  SCAM!

They call leaving me a message saying it is for someone else. I have called back and told them that they have the wrong number and to remove my number. They say they will, yet I am still receiving 3-4 calls a day from them. This has gone one for over a month now. Today they called and when I called back and told them they have the wrong number, they hung up before I even got out the words"you have called."

I've been getting daily calls from this number as well. The odd thing, the name they are leaving on the voicemail is that of my husbands ex-wife. They have not been together for 12-13 years. They provide a case # and ask for "her" to call back.

I just got that threat last week for the first time. I'm super glad I suspected it was a scam bc I know I payed back all my loans!

Anonymous I too just got this call yesterday. Like everyone else they gave me a claim number. Claimed if I didn't pay then I too would be served papers for court. And yes it was from 2012 too. I talked to a monica smith. She said I could pay $500 or do five payments of $150. Too be honest it shook me up. Not thinking to check I gave one of my cards. I have never been in trouble with the law. When I hung up I realized it could had been a scam too. So I looked on the internet and seen where it had happened to many people. So I kept googling it. I immediately got a new card sent to me. I told them I believed I had been scammed and I need to get a new card. So I will be receiving it when it gets here. Like everyone else they knew my information and who I use to bank with. Its scary you panick. I did and yes these people need to be stopped. They do have a foreign accent. Think before its too late.

Received all same as others here. Called me and used my ex's last name, been divorced and name changed since 2007! It's 2016 and they tried to say I owed some short term loan from way back then for $480. Almost 10 years later? Not too mention I've never taken a loan or a payday loan. Accents that made it hard to fully understand them and would not give me info on what this loan was, exactly when and where. They just got rude the more I interrogated them. Said arbitration and court, blah blah blah...
Of course they then mention me settling before being taken to court by paying them. I let them know I'm not falling for their scam (in angry words though) and if this is legit I'll wait for a letter in the mail with my court date.
My mother in law text me half hour later and said she got a phone call asking for me with my old last name also! So they search for info related to you and will harass anyone your name is linked to! Looking at call times they actually called her an hour before calling me.
Do not fall for this scam!!!

Just tell them the person they are trying to reach has a new number and give them your local police dept non emergency number I did.

This number has been asking for my husband.  Refuses to talk to me. When I requested something in writing because by law they have to,  they argued with me and hung up. I called again and said my attorney would be contacting them.  They hung up.  I tried several times to find out who the original debt came from and when I refused to give my husband's ssn, they argued that I was not who I said I am and hung up.  This happened several times.  I changed my phone number.

I am so annoyed with these people calling me not only me but my son.    He has told them to stop calling him.  I refuse to answer the call and have blocked the numbers they keep calling me on.  I told my son to block them as well.  I don't have an overdue payday loan so I don't know why they are calling me.  I will report them as well.
