This is most likely a phony group which I believe is part of the Global Scam out of Jamaica or perhaps the Island of Nevis. Or Nassau in the Bahamas.  Clearly an off-shore scamming group.

They also call from many other numbers see: 251-301-9797, 800notes.  This is a Jamaican or Nevis or Nassau or Trinidad (I'm pretty sure) offshore group.

They may use other  CIDs and phony creditors as well.  Their signature phrase when you ask them where they are located is to say: "they are in Miami but have 48 locations in the US".  Right.   Lately they’ve been adding the phrase “except Hawaii and Alaska.  Just to show you they now have learned some geography.  These people are nothing more than   overseas scammers.  Ignore these people and block their calls.

Yes I got the same call and I let the answering machine take it. It just says we are trying to reach Sandra Havens if this is not Sandra Havens hang up and disregard. But if this is Sandra Havens  we have a claim against you. Claim # 3421383. Then it says to call #1-844-279-7423.and make sure you have your claim #.  LOL I GAVE THIS TO MY BANKRUPTCY LAWYER BECOUSE I FILED A BANKRUPTCY WAY BACK IN FEBRUARY OF 2014..AND IT HAS EVERYTHING I OWE ON IT BECOUSE THE COURT GOT MY CREDIT REPORT FROM ALL 3 PLACES. AND THE ALSO INCLUDE MY PAYDAY LOANS I HAD. SO SHE IS FILEING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THE. FOR TAMPERING WITH STATE DOCUMENTS.. FOR THE NEXT 5 YEAR I WILL BE UNDER THE COURT. SO I LET THE CALL. IT RECORDS THERE NOMBER. Even if they don't leave a message. Lol I give them all to my lawyer. They will learn not to call my home or my cellphone number.

Harassment

Keep getting these calls day in and day out. Have reported them to the FCC. Something has got to be done about these ppl and their scams.

These morons called my brother about me owing money. They are quite the persistent A--holes for sure. He said the phone connection was horrible & he had a hard time understanding a lot of the conversation.

This is about the 3rd time in a month or so, that I have received calls from SCAMMERS & they do try & put the fear in you with all kinds of threats.

I can't wait until the day these people are caught. I hope they hang them high!! They should try getting a real job and earn their money like most people do.

Please spread the word to your family/friends to check these kind of calls out before giving them any info or money. Makes me sick to think of the folks they have robbed.

I keep getting these call all day long asking for someone I don't even know.. But same last name. I tell them I don't know them and they still call me...

This number repeatedly calls me every single day. I have called once and said "This is not the person you are looking for, please remove my # off of this list." The lady (who barley speaks English) says "Okay, I will remove your number." The next day, I yet again get another call from them. I let it go to v/m and don't think twice about it. Then I get another call, finally call them back and tell them to REMOVE my number again! The lady hangs up on me. I called back and I said, remove my number! I have already told you before! she said, well if you keep talking to me like that, I wont remove it and we'll keep calling you! and hangs up on me. I have called back numerous times and they just keep hanging up before I can even talk! Finall, today.. I get a call while I'm at work, I pretend to be the person they are calling for and they said I have an outstanding balance from a loan for $510.00 and I need to pay them money before I get sent to court. This conversation went out for about 5 minutes until I said, THIS IS NOT THE NUMBER, PLEASE REMOVE ME! she said " well the reason we keep calling is because you keep telling us that you aren't who you say you are! I have had it with these people!! I have filed every complaint possible!

They call my number between two and three times a days for someone who doesn't live here at all, never has lived here. I do not answer these call I just let them leave a message but they say they are leaving a claim number for this person and a phone number to call.

Keeps calling me to collect a bill for someone else. I will report them.

Call blocker is your best bet.  Do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.  Callers are debt scammers located in the Caribbean.

Call several times a day and leave voice mail for rita c. And say if you are not rita c. Hang up at this time but they still continue to call. The no call list is a farce

I received a call everyday from these people. When I don't verify my social with them they threaten to have me arrested and freeze my bank accounts. These people are scammers but it's scary they verified the last 4 of my social.

I changed my number and now they've started calling my work and people I know

File a complaint on the National Do Not Call registry.  If enough for the same number roll in the FTC will open an investigation against these scammers.  I've been receiving calls off and on for 3 years.  I list their number on the registry and calls stop for roughly 6 mos before starting back up again.

Saying  I owe money  to  a  payday loan and I gonna get suited for fraud

I receive 2-3 calls a day from these people stating it is in regards to claim number 3435932. The calls are relentless..

I keep getting calls from IPS saying they are handling a claim for "Jessica Cooper".  She's my daughter-in-laws SISTER.  I have nothing to do with her and have no idea how they are linking MY phone number to HER.  I have an answering machine that is getting FILLED UP with calls from them.  I am so sick of these people!!!!!
